The room was comfy and good breakfast.

Exactly what was needed in a great location for exploring the city. Really lovely to have a fridge.

Hotel was really lovely and well positioned. The rooms were very clean & we had amazing views. The cleaners were extremely friendly but some of the other staff could have been a bit friendlier especially when we booked in.

Pleasant stay in a double room. Rooms had a slightly odd layout with the shower in the main room so only worth booking if you’re okay with your bits on show to your roommate. Not a fan of the restaurant - slow service and confusing menu - but thankfully lots of places around so you won’t struggle for an alternative. And the sky bar is worth a visit, albeit the cocktails we tried weren’t especially great and a little imbalanced (I mean, why would you pair brined olives with a sweet drink??). We had a good stay though and would happily go back - but with lots of other hotels to choose from (and higher sky bars), will probably try somewhere else next time.

Lovely room with great bed and shower. Asked for a bath mat which was delivered to room in minutes.

Hotel was in a great location! We were kindly given an upgrade to a beautiful room, they provided a balloon and card for my sisters birthday celebrations! Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Kate at reception could not have been more helpful As we rarely visit hotels (both 80+) she made sure we knew how to use lift and access room. We did have a problem opening door on a return A fault in an electronic system was identified but Kate arranged a complimentary drink in the 360 bar while we waited, We will certainly return. Only disappointment is that I should have arranged to visit a smaller restaurant for our “special “ meal . Yes, the food and service in the restaurant was good but for the price not as special as I had hoped.

We had such a special night away at INNSiDE Liverpool! I stayed with my mum and everything from start to finish was perfect. We were kindly upgraded to a stunning townhouse room with amazing views—such a lovely surprise and made the stay feel even more special. The half board option was well worth it. Dinner was a delicious three-course meal at ginos restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was just as yummy with a great selection. The 360 Sky Bar was a highlight too—great atmosphere, brilliant service, and breathtaking views of the city. Can't recommend this hotel enough for a memorable break. Thank you to the team for making it so perfect - you were so lovely and friendly and it meant so much.

Good location good facilities and great value.Roofyop bar is excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed the two-night stay. Roof top bar with views over the city is tremendous. Could’ve used a bar on the ground floor. Confusing situation with the breakfast restaurant Gino not being owned by the hotel.

absolutely great stay! wish they had a better option for morning coffee however like an a la carte cafe but not a big deal. Also, one of our tv’s did not work (the one with the PS1 game) but we never really called down to get it fixed so that was our fault. The area was quiet but a short walk to Cavern Club area and the riverside. Our room was clean, spacious very comfortable and with a fantastic view! Book the townhouse suites if you can! Thanks for everything would definitely recommend to anyone.
