Room was great, bathroom a little on the small side, but overall a great location and place to stay..

The room, location and amenities were great. Not the hotel’s fault but it is a very busy area at night on a weekend and it was incredibly noisy. Sirens, shouting, music: so not conducive to a good nights sleep.

Charged for 2 rooms instead of 1 as Hotels app didn’t process the booking correctly. Refund refused and no one will help.

Staff were friendly, room and hotel were clean and modern. Bar was great.

Good hotel an clean

The hotel and room smelled like a terrible, car air freshener. The black out curtains didn't close all the way and there was a very bright light right outside our window. In addition there was a water, swirling sound coming from upstairs (not our bathroom) that would go off every fifteen minutes so neither of us got ANY sleep at all. We also could not get wi fi unless we joined the hotels 'club' so now wi fi either. Terrible stay!!

I tested positive for Covid just before the stay. I didn’t have severe symptoms but thought it would be irresponsible to continue with the travel & stay. Moxy hotels group & Expedia refused to assist, included a later stay, & just pointed out the no refund conditions. No empathy, no goodwill, no customer care😡

Daisy was excellent and very accommodating. Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel is in great location

Great location. Staffs friendly. Cleanness. But the air conditioning so noise hard to sleep. Not impressed by it.
