Gorgeous lobby and rooms, very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and perfect, bed comfortable, good view, nice bathroom.

Right in downtown Fargo, tons of options for shopping, dining, and bar scenes. The hotel is beautiful, no complaints at all!

It was very clean and welcoming! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were soft. Yay, Smart TV! I love the ability to watch Netflix or YouTube! We will stay at Jasper when we make our way to Fargo.

GREAT Hotel! Amazing lobby, with a very welcoming, warm and modern feel when you walk in. Beautiful lobby bar as well. I was greeted by the friendly desk clerk, and given a room on the 12th floor. The room was wonderful, clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom was equally as beautiful, and spacious. The fitness center was great, with ample equipment, weights and room for the number of guests who were all working out in the morning. Parking is easy in the Garage Next door, connected with a sky walk so you don't need to walk outside. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fargo, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and sightseeing within walking distance.

This seemed like the top hotel in Fargo and it didn’t disappoint. The price was steep because it was a holiday weekend. They gave me room 1313 which seemed unlucky but nothing bad happened. The shower was wonderful, as were the soaps and hair products. Weirdly, there were a couple of little things that annoyed me. The light switch next to bed kept falling off. The round face mirror in the bathroom wouldn’t hold its tension and kept falling back to original position. For the price and the rating, seems like these shouldn’t happen. The biggest fail came when I called for in room dining. Called number they gave. No answer. Called the suggested “0” and no answer. Pressed front desk. No answer. Now, on day one they gave me a piece of paper with the menu. I’d been staring at the salmon for three days and finally hungry enough to want it for the ridiculous price of $33. So, I went down to the lobby and ordered it. Twenty minutes later I went back down to pick it up (which, good, because they charge $6 delivery fee. What???!!! I could have Door Dashed it cheaper!). In the lobby to pick up, all I have is key card. “Will that be cash or credit?” “Um…room?” “No sir, since you walked down instead of ordering room service you must…blah, blah, blah.” Manager came out and took care of me. Which was nice. All in all, a great place to stay but they need to pay attention to the minor quirky details and they’d be superior. Best thing: free coffee in the lobby!

Amazing amenities, great gym, right in the heart of downtown

The hotel is beautiful! And a great price! The location made everything walkable!! The lady at the front desk gave us fantastic ideas for dining out!! We ordered room service once it and it fast and very tasty!! Highly recommended!!

Nice rooms.

The front desk staff were so helpful and kind! We had a trailer we were hauling cross-country and couldn’t park it anywhere around this downtown location, but were directed to a private lot nearby that was safe and monitored and free! The bar and restaurant is absolutely darling and the food was delicious. The whole hotel has a modern, young-professional vibe. It was a neat stop for our teenagers on a multi-day drive.

Jasper is hip and conveniently located downtown. They allow dogs, which is also nice.

Staff was marvelous!

It was a wonderful place! The Old Fashions in the bar are better have ever had!
