바닥청소가 되어 있지 않았지만 직원들은 친절하였음.교통편은 철도ㆍ버스가 중요관광지로 바로 가는 버스가 있어 크게 불편하지는 않았음.

Vi ankom med tog og var 2 timer forsinkede, så vi ankom efter receptions lukketid, vi havde en super korrespondence med Tania, hun sørgede for at vores nøgle blev lagt i nøgleboks og vi blev vejledt på bedste vis til ankomst med tog/bus fra Bern station til Ostermundigen. Værelset og bad/toilet var rigtig fint, sengen super. Sødt og venligt personale i receptionen. Nem at komme frem og tilbage til Bern med bus eller tog. Tak for et rigtigt godt ophold. I får vores anbefalinger

Un bel hotel, tout neuf, quatre étoiles bien méritées, à 20 minutes à pied de Bernexpo. Réception top. Petit déjeuner top.

Leider war die heizung im zimmer nicht in betrieb zu bringen..war ein frischer aufenthalt😉

Amazing stay!

Este es un hotel muy cómodo, con habitaciones muy completas. Reservamos una habitación familiar y el espacio fue bastante amplio. El personal fue muy amable. Aunque no es muy céntrico en Berna, moverse es muy fácil y las distancias cortas. Muy recomendado

Acceptable

New hotel, clean and modern. Rooms are big and staff is nice. Breakfast buffet is not big, but there is everything. Good price for the services provided. The hotel is in front of the train station and around also few bus stations.

Great hotel, really convenient next to Ostermundigen train station and access to Bern, but you wouldn’t know it because the rooms are soundproof. Easily the best value for money we’ve had in Switzerland so far!

Superbe découverte. Hôtel très jolie un peu difficile d’accès à cause des travaux mais grand parking intérieur. Accès à l’hôtel par l’extérieur, étrange. Chambre confortable mais pas très bien insonorisée. Restaurant Uma incroyable avec vue splendide dans le même immeuble.

Super place calme.propre, confortable. À 10 minutes du centre-ville mais le transport en commun est facile. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre mais un séchoir.

The hotel offers convenient paid parking, though the fee is a bit high. It's located near the train station, making it easy to reach the city center by bus or train. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy just downstairs, which is very convenient. The staff at checkout were friendly and helpful, eager to answer any questions and assist with any needs. There’s only one trash bin in the bathroom, which was somewhat inconvenient. Parking is located underground, and due to nearby construction, Google Maps couldn’t direct us accurately. We had to ask staff at a nearby gas station for guidance.
