고만고만합니다. 문의 frame이 헐렁거려 문이 잘 닫히지 않았고 확실하게 닫힌건지 확인이 필요했어요. 욕실 어메니티는 이상하게 붙여놔서 펌핑이 안되어 사용못했고요. 직원은 본인 기분에 따라 고객응대를 하는듯. 아침은 안먹어 모릅니다. 캐리어 보관료 받습니다. 체크아웃 당일은 무료이고 그 이후는 하루에 캐리어 하나당 5유로 받아요.

1층을 배정 받았고 거리 소음이 너무 잘 들려서 힘들었습니다. 조식은 줄이 길기는 했으나 만족스러웠습니다.

Hotel 77 is a magnificent oasis in a city inundated with excited travelers and hopeful tourists. I spent 10 days in the capable hands of the staff at the hotel. Their professional compassion shows through their direction, attention to detail and thoughtful responses to questions that they undoubtedly have been asked many times before. My accommodation in their hotel was like returning home. A home that is nested in a pulsating city that moves in the vibrant passions of what one can understand is Italian. The beauty of Rome can overwhelm and Hotel 77 and the staff have great understanding of the needs of their customers and patience for our foibles. The last thing I would say about the hotel and the staff is, thank you.

Lovely hotel in good location to explore Rome. Clean, well maintained property. Small pool but perfect to come back and relax after exploring in the heat! Spa facilities are a lovely touch. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great hotel close to the Roma Terminii and the Monti. 25 min walk from coliseum. There is a main and an annex. We stayed in the annex. Everything was lovely but not in same building as rooftop bar.

Perfect location in central old Rome. Very god hotel

Minha experiência nesta hospedagem foi extremamente decepcionante. Escolhi este hotel com base nas fotos e informações do anúncio, que mostravam um ambiente limpo, organizado, moderno e compatível com a classificação de 4 estrelas. No entanto, a realidade foi completamente diferente. Ao chegar, encontrei uma entrada com lixo acumulado, cacos de vidro pelo chão, um hall de entrada que não correspondia às fotos divulgadas e um elevador quebrado. A sensação foi de total descuido e falta de manutenção. Além disso, o anúncio dava a entender que o quarto fazia parte do hotel, mas fui direcionada para um quarto localizado em outro prédio, do outro lado da rua. Essa informação não foi apresentada de forma clara no momento da reserva e não corresponde ao que é mostrado e divulgado nas fotos. O mais frustrante foi que, ao reclamar sobre as divergências entre o anúncio e a realidade encontrada, fui informada de que nada poderia ser feito. Não houve qualquer tentativa de solução ou preocupação com a minha insatisfação. O que torna tudo ainda pior é que fiquei hospedada por 8 dias nesse ambiente desagradável. Esta foi a hospedagem mais cara de toda a minha viagem e, justamente por se tratar de um hotel 4 estrelas, eu esperava conforto, qualidade e transparência. Infelizmente, recebi exatamente o contrário. Sinto que fui induzida ao erro pelas imagens e informações divulgadas. Deixo esta avaliação para alertar futuros hóspedes a não criarem expectativas baseadas apenas no anúncio.

Ideal hotel for our 4 night stay in Rome. Rooms tended to every day. Helpful staff. Basement spa was a bonus, our kids loved the pool - though there is quite a bad sewage smell down there! Breakfast was average. Stale pancakes, melon/watermelon only available on one morning during our entire stay, fruit salad seemed passed its best and it seemed like once things were gone, they weren't replenished. Little things to note. But the hotel served it's purpose and we were happy. One of the best Gelateria's in Rome is just up the road and we enjoyed it every day.

Bed a little hard, but that’s coming from a person with a bad back. Suggest you request the main building Otherwise the staff and location is excellent

A variety of foods for breakfast, friendly staff, extremely small rooms, and beware….tje minute room card is removed, everything turns off in the room….eVERYTHING: plugs, lights, even A/C. Staff went into room while no one was there and closed windows and moved things around. Excellent location.

Excellent location, very friendly and professional staff, the rooms were in very good condition.

This hotel was in a great location. We could walk to the tourist spots we wanted to go to as well as lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed in the main building and it was clean well maintained and the rooms were modern. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect to all the sites and tours we did.

Clean room, staff was wonderful!

Location was great, just 10 mins or so walk from the Colloseum. We stayed in Deluxe rooms which were good value, clean and a good size. Bathroom was modern and spotless. It is quite a noisy street with limited soundproofing in the room, so recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper! The rooftop bar/ restaurant was lovelyC breakfast was varied an d tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Was fantastic to have the pool as we had children with us, but it’s a lot smaller than it appears online and must be booked in advance. This was no issue for us but might not be ideal for everyone. Overall would definitely recommend!

OK hotel close to Termini station. The room was OK, although with some minor flaws (non-functioning light at one side of the bed, loose toilet paper holder and a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom) and one major flaw (very hard un unconfy beds, but I guess that is standard for South Europe...). Part friendly staff and a nice SPA in the basement and OK breakfast in a nice breakfast area at the top restaurant. With some minor upgrades it could be a good choice!
