We appreciated the amenities and snacks provided in accordance with the length of our stay and the number of guests. It was great that additional towels were provided promptly and without any hassle. The self-check-in process was convenient, and the manager we met during our stay was extremely kind. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

Staff responded quickly when we had some issues with checking in and shutters and sink. Room was clean and tended to daily. All our questions were answered by staff even though not on site. On last day staff took our luggage downstairs and across first bridge as we headed out to airport offering water and snacks.

The hotel is very convenient. Located on a small canal near the vaparetto stops and a 5 minute walk away from Rialto bridge and 10-15 from St. Mark’s square. Also located close to some delicious dining options. But what sets this hotel apart is Tiziano. Before we even arrived, he had emailed us detailed instructions on how to get to the property, which line to take on the alilaguna from the airport, and had our room ready well before the 3 PM check in time. That alone was such a relief after a long travel morning. Once we arrived, he had an entire list of recommendations of things to do off the beaten path, places to eat, and a detailed map of where to find it all. Every dining recommendation was delicious, and we saw so many lesser known attractions that we would not have known about otherwise. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and could not have been more hospitable and welcoming to Venice. This hotel might not have all the bells and whistles of others, but it was clean, had nice and cool AC after a long day of walking in the sun, and the room was always stocked with complimentary water and snacks (the cookies were also delicious)! For the price and location this property cannot be beat. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tiziano was absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. He offered tons of recommendations that were awesome. The room itself was SO cute. Everything was very clean. I would stay here every single visit to Venice. The view from my room was spectacular as well. I looked right over the canal. 10/10 truly

A very lovely and cozy hotel, conveniently located near major sights and right by the canal. I stayed in six hotels in the same price range in Italy during my trip, so I can compare — and this one was by far the best. The rooms are generously sized, clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with Venetian wallpaper, paintings, and Murano glass chandeliers. The owners/managers were extremely helpful and friendly. Staying here was truly one of the highlights of my trip.

The front desk manager was absolutely wonderful to work with, very kind and helpful at all times. The room was uniquely decorated which I found to be charming and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked pretty well, so that was a positive in 90°F+ weather!

FANTASTIC! My daughter and I absolutely LOVED our stay, our hostess and our ROOM! Canal view in the BEST room…we cannot wait to return! The room was BEAUTIFUL! Beautiful bedding, furniture and the treats with some bubbly YUM! We also value the guest sheet with directions and recommendations for all the best to eat and drink in Venice (all the places the locals enjoy). This was a magical place ti celebrate my 55th birthday with my daughter. Thank you! Sweetest spot and host!

This was the prettiest place we’ve stayed on our Spain and Italy trip so far! Very quaint and full of charm. The check-in/check-out process was easy, smooth, and the host provided amazing directions to get to the hotel. The host was our favorite part of the hotel! He was engaging, honest, and full of life! He even recommended a place for me to propose to my girlfriend. He was truly wonderful. He also provided a map and list of recommendations (clearly marked on the map) for us to try local pizza, authentic Italian, good gelato, cicchetti, and places to visit. It was lovely to have personal recommendations from a local. The space was clean, felt authentic, and comfortable. More spacious than our prior accommodations as well. Excellent location and easy to get in and out.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider et à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la ville. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très agréable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée de visite. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de Venise. Nous repartons ravis et recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un accueil chaleureux, un service de qualité et un excellent confort. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation !

Our stay was wonderful! Contact with the hotel staff was quick and easy. The hotel has such an adorable Venetian style. The location is great and the hotel made such great recommendations for restaurants and cafes.

Very good location. Good size room to accomodate 3of us. The view from the room was not great , but we only slept there, so not really a deal breaker. Costomer service was fantastic, we were given a lot recomendations whatvto see, how to travel , where to eat. The downside for older travellers: the entrance staircase is rather steep and long. Plrase also note, they do not serve breakfast at the premises (but plenty of options just a stone away)

Frankie was great! I enjoyed extra wine so was kind and welcoming assisted w bags arranged for a porter and Pvt water taxi for my departure. Stairs were hard for my mobility issues but doable and it was safe and quite!
