Hotel room has too much mildew

Todo bien en general, sólo sugiero atender la pintura del exterior del hotel, piensen en algún mosquitero porque se meten bichos por las ventanas, y sólo supervisar debajo del lavabo del baño que no exista moho, pero te atienden muy bien, el personal es muy atento, la ubicación está bien, la apareciencia en general, sí lo recomiendo y sí volvería.

The service was amazing!!! Very friendly specially Susana de receptionist at the lobby. People at the restaurant very friendly and polite. The view of the city was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well situated; could improve by renovating shower heads and brand new towels.

Fueron dos días agradables, las instalaciones están aceptables, a las habitaciones les falta mejorar, en general el personal de la recepción atenta y agradable.

Overall, a good one-night stay. The receptionist was very capable and friendly, the room larger than expected and the hotel is an easy, short walk to Tlaxcala's centro. Two things would improve the stay: a couple of glasses in the bathroom and a better mattress. One side of the mattress was pretty beat up. But we would stay there again.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse ahí ,básico la comida es buena, muy panorámico.

Son instalaciones que no tienen amenidades como aire acondicionado o S-Mart TV, fuera de eso todo bien para pasar una noche

Me gustó que está cerca del centro, el servicio de las personas muy amable.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable and had to change room . Also they have no heating so the rooms are extremely cold in the evening
