Solo necesitan mejor desayuno de lo demas todo esta muy bien.

This is definitely for a solo traveler. Extremely clean, very helpful, professional staff. My room was a 3rd floor walk up. Small shower/ bathroom with a double bed and tv. Very clean. The hotel’s decor is white/yellow accents, unique and very traditional. The breakfast visited of coffee, croissants and fruits. Not a continental spread. The downfall is that the entrance is locked at all times and you must be buzzed in by the clerk whom may not be at the desk at any given time. I found this sketchy until I was informed by an uber driver that the area is known for its criminal element and homeless. Once again, it’s for a solo adult traveler, not families.

Overall the staff was very polite and helpful. However the last day there was a young guy I can’t recall his name. I made a verbal complain to him at the time of check out. he as playing at his phone not paying attention to the environment. I said good morning and he didn’t reply, ignoring me. This guy as I said to him is in the wrong position. The rest of the staff very polite and helpful.

The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.

Empezaré con lo bueno, la propiedad se ve tal cual las fotos. Todo muy lindo, limpio y el personal muy amable. Tiene parking en la parte trasera y cierran el portón en las noches, muy seguro el lugar. Sin embargo, la cama al momento de reservar indica que es queen y realmente es full. El mattress es super duro e incomodo y la almohada por igual. Hay mucho ruido en los alrededores durante toda la noche y madrugada ya que hay un club muy cerca. La puerta del cuarto transparenta, por lo que si eres de dormir con total oscuridad, no será el caso ya que entra mucha luz. La cerradura de las puertas hace mucho ruido para abrir y cerrar por lo que si alguien al lado llega mientras estas dormido y tienes sueño liviano, te levantará. Escuchábamos incluso cuando prendían el aire en cuartos de al lado (el sonido con control). Hicimos check out a las 5am porque no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, por eso decidimos irnos. Si tienes sueño profundo y nada de esto te molesta, te recomiendo el lugar. En mi caso, no fue una buena experiencia. Ya que prácticamente es un hospedaje para dormir y no cumple con factores esenciales para dormir a gusto.

​I recently stayed at Hotel Nest and had a mixed experience. ​On the positive side, the hotel itself is a great spot if you are looking for cleanliness and comfort. Both the hotel and my room were well-maintained, tidy, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was very basic, but it was a sufficient way to start the day. ​However, I feel it is important to note that the surrounding street and area felt quite sketchy. There were a large number of homeless persons and street dwellers in the immediate vicinity, and they were frequently very loud throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep at times. ​If you are a light sleeper or are uncomfortable in busy, unpredictable urban areas, you may want to take this into account before booking. If you stick to the hotel property, it is a clean and welcoming environment, but the area right outside the doors was not ideal.

Propiedad sin ascensor, habitaciones básicas, adecuado solo para pasar la noche y el presupuesto no da para una opción mejor.

Loved everything except the fact that hallway lights never turned off at night

This hotel is clean and had guest parking. It was suitable if you just need a place to sleep before a flight. Be aware that they enforce highly specific rules, such as dress codes, a ban on visitors, and no alcohol. While the room itself was cute and clean, the policies felt heavy-handed for paying guests on vacation. It worked for our quick transit, but don't think we would book again.

Staff were very helpful. I wasn’t too happy about not having an elevator, but the gentleman @ the desk helped us with our luggage. I will be using this hotel again if and when I return to Puerto Rico. Also I was very pleased that the subway was right next door and this hotel is very close to the airport Luis Muñoz Marin. Thank you again ☺️

This was a very pleasant overnight stay! I love how they have their own parking lot. The staff were very helpful and nice. I enjoyed my dinner in the open air balcony on the second floor and my complimentary breakfast in the bottom floor court yard. The king bed room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that the Roku remote didn’t work properly but that was fine. 9/10 would recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Although the parking was at the back of the hotel, it had an accessible and direct entrance, making entry easy. The only thing it needs is an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Even so, the staff was willing to help with luggage. Excellent service at all 🙏

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia. Tiene todo los alrededores limpios y con lugares para sentarse y compartir. En general fue bueno para un fin de semana tranquilo.
