Estuvo bien…. Las camas un poco duras

My plans fell through this trip. Past experience in 2018 pre-pandemic was good

The staff is polite and professional. The breakfast is good. The room was clean. The only knock I have is it is across the street from an industrial park, and the beep beep beep of trucks backing up can be an annoyance. Not a big deal.

Todo excelente lo único que no estuvo cómodo fue la cama el colchón era bloque dormí muy incómoda la semana que estuve de los demás excelente

no es un hotel de lujo, por lo que dentro de la categoria economico le doy 5 estrellas, ya que uno se pasa el dia paseando y solo llega a dormir. hay habitaciones con ventiladores y otras con aire acondicionado, wifi, tv y desayuno rico. sitio centrico y seguro.

En líneas generales el hotel está bien, algunas cosas a mejorar son el colchón y las almohadas, por lo demás todo estuvo bien

Aseo, comodidad y servicios deficientes. Habitación demasiado básica e incómoda. Ningún servicio, ni nevera, ni restaurante, solo tinto en la puerta. No personal en las noches

Solo una sugeriencia. Q la tocineta dejela q se ponga crujiente y en todo lo demas le doy un 10 plus.

Worst hotel ever, needs an upgrade ASAP, checking lady made me pay extra money even I explained to her that I was a tourist she requested all kind of documentation, very rude, we were driving for 6 hours to get to this hotel and then this lady”s attitude. The hotel is old and the rooms nothing comfortable. I didn’t stay, I left next day, I rather to pay a little bit more for a better place. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The hot tubs at the highest floor were nice, the bar did a effort to accept credit card

La atención al cliente es regular , en la página ofrecen algo y cuando llegas al hotel ya no lo tienen incluido me paso con el desayuno.

Stay away booked through hotels paid in full when arrived they wanted more money it was late so I had to pay . Parking is not provided like their listing states its free parking only. They assigned me the cheaper room even though I booked the supior double . The toilet clogged every time you used it . Bed was very hard and music was blaring from a nearby club all day and night and the windows were open and we could not close them overall one of my worst experiences in a hotel. Manténgase alejado reservado a través de hoteles pagados en su totalidad cuando llegaron, querían más dinero, era tarde, así que tuve que pagar. No se proporciona estacionamiento, ya que su listado indica que solo es estacionamiento gratuito. Me asignaron la habitación más barata a pesar de que reservé la doble superior. El inodoro se atascaba cada vez que lo usabas. La cama era muy dura y la música sonaba a todo volumen en un club cercano todo el día y la noche y las ventanas estaban abiertas y no podíamos cerrarlas en general, una de mis peores experiencias en un hotel.
