Our stay was woderful.

Beautiful, relaxing, and quiet place! Very comfortable and clean. This was our first trip to the Keys, and my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing and so friendly—made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Dejligt roligt og smukt sted med rigtig god service. Vi fandt en kakerlak i håndvasken på badeværelset. Der var dog rent og pænt, så det var ikke pga. dårlig hygiejne. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Incredibly beautiful staying in a literal botanical garden on Key Largo. Exceptional service, room and location. Better than could be expected!

What a great find this place was, such a lovely relaxing resort with plenty of space to relax and unwind and helpful friendly staff. The pool and dock areas were great with kayaks, etc. available to use. Kathryn was extremely helpful in answering questions before we arrived and organising an excursion for us during our stay. We received an upgrade to the room we had initially booked which was a pleasant bonus. All in all a great place to stay.

Gorgeous property. Katherine at the front desk is the best. Rooms are clean and everything you need for the Keys vibes! 1000% I will rate.

Nice sunset view. On the improvement side there was no mention of any resort fee in Expedia and then we were hit with $84 and also very poor water pressure on the shower.

The is probably the best resort I’ve stayed out so far.

Kona Kai was EXACTLY the vacation we needed. Everything was lovely,. Sunset kayaking and hot tub to follow, can’t get better than that. We loved grilling in the outdoor charcoal bbqs for dinner. Can’t wait to come visit again!

It was a nice play to stay , if you just want quiet and serenity it’s 5 stars , if you want things to do it’s probably not your place . Decent facilities but not a four or five star resort , but nice

The room, the grounds and the staff set the stage for a great experience.

Beautiful and quiet setting. Lovely bungalow nicely decorated. Pool and gardens excellent. Complimentary kayak and paddle boards were great fun. Perfect for viewing the sunset. Helpful suggestions for eating.

Great checking experience, good location

I felt like I was in paradise, Kathy is an incredible host, but everyone is very friendly.

Our stay was superior to even nearby properties such as the Hilton. Everything was wonderful, quiet, and peaceful. Will stay longer on our next visit.

Beautiful property. Definitely stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. WiFi is spotty at best, so if planning to work or in our case watch a football game, be aware, service may be in or out. The accommodations and amenities were perfect otherwise. The dock is perfect, the hot tub warm and the kayaks are ready to go. Close to excellent restaurants.

Beautiful resort Truly magical

This was a very pleasant surprise. A definite tropical paradise. Very clean, well kept property with attention to detail. You won't be disappointed!!
