Nossa estadia em Lima foi excelente! Fomos muito bem recepcionados e tivemos uma experiência incrível na cidade. Desde a gastronomia impecável até os passeios pelos bairros charmosos, tudo contribuiu para dias muito agradáveis. A hospitalidade dos peruanos fez toda a diferença, tornando a viagem ainda mais especial!

Room & bathroom were comfortable. We stayed there so we could use fitness center It was small room without guides for equipment. Room service was not good and omelet had almost not veggies

Took longer to get checked in due to low staffed on the counter, other than that it was a great stay!

1. te cobran adicional en dolares 2. no te brindan boleta o factura 3. amedrentamiento, i dejas una reseña te dicen apemas ingresas cual fue el motivo etc e incluso te quitan la tranquilidad y tiempo incomodandote la estadia por preguntar, cuestionar y que el gerente debe hablar contigo. haciendote ver que no debes agregar ninguna reseña. 4. ofrecen promociones que ellos no lo cumplen y que debes arreglarte con la empresa que realizastes la compra 5. totalmente incomoda

Excelente en todo sentido.

El desayuno buffet tuvo muy poca variedad y disponibilidad los primeros días. El último día al estar lleno, había muchísimas opciones para escoger. El hotel es lindo, moderno, limpio, no se escucha ruido interior o exterior, la cama cómoda

Criminal property They overbook and send you to cheaper Ibis hotel at the same price No apologies No help No compensation They wait to you to arrive in the middle of the night to tell you the room is not there anymore. They had all day to reach out This is a scam I was traveling with elderly parents Imagine being in the night in another continent and find out that suddenly you don't have the room you paid for anymore

Honestly the only problem with this place was my check-in process. I've never had someone act rudely during a hotel check-in.. I was surprised. I think it had something to do with me being a gringo. She scoffed at my passport, expressed disdain audibly, rolled her eyes, etc. Its a working professionals district, tons of banking offices. Nothing really to see but is good stop if you need to get to the bus station in la Victoria. Otherwise, I would never stay here.
