Convenient

Really don't like this place. They charge to much for the rooms not to be upgraded. On the other side. The older lady that works there. Is so nice and helpful. I stay there because I can walk Across the street to catch my bus.

Broken lock on door looked like it had been kicked in recently floor was sticky no hot water loud people in the room above us random people coming in and out of lobby at night also it doubled as a liquor store

My stay was fine but the place needs a serious upgrade. The carpet in the room was filthy and stained. The towels are so old and not very white. The hallway smells like nicotine: The staff was efficient and friendly but I doubt I would ever stay at this hotel ever again.

Stayed there for the weekend with my daughter while to check in we were called a B?$@h by someone else checking who was asking the front desk worker a question because my daughter was crying. The workers were very kind and straight to the point. There were a few jumping bugs in the sink and the bed in my opinion wasn’t that comfortable (but I am expecting so that could be why). Overall the hotel stay was as expected for the price I paid for a weekend.

La peor experiencia, las habitaciones no eran como las fotos, en la habitación había un ratón y se comunicó a la recepción y solo dijeron que era normal por las puertas automáticas de la entrada y adicional no nos hicieron limpieza aún cuando solicitamos nuevas toallas para la habitación

Although my room was clean….. the smell of cigarette smoke and weed in the hallway was horrible. Noise all night. Probably 9 outta 10 wouldn’t stay there again.

They had beer/win/liquor available for purchase. The desk lady was super nice! Great price

The rooms need to be properly sanitized. the amount of black mold in my room was pitiful

I think it’s a good hotel for the price. Everything was clean and easy.

It is almost a good stay and we go

Worst hotel I’ve ever walked foot into. The moment you check in, you know you’ve made a mistake. The lobby is a liquor store and the clerk is behind bullet proof glass. We got to our room and it was dirty and if walls could talk, I’m sure they would have a lot to say. There was a suspicious red splatter stain by the bed, patched holes in the wall, the door itself looked like it had been kicked in during some kind of dispute (I have photos to prove). The comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes and we found short, dark, curly hairs on a pillow. The couch in the corner had stains all over it. We immediately felt unsafe in this disgusting environment. I couldn’t even sit on the bed or couch because they were so gross. We went to our party (the reason we were in town) and had to leave early because our children were sick at home. This was around midnight. I told the front desk that we had to check out and go home to our sick children. I asked if we would be charged and she said “yeah you were here 4 hours and that’s enough.” I cannot believe that we were charged to stay at this place! We didn’t even sleep or shower here! We were only physically in the room for 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. I would appreciate if management would reach out to me to discuss our experience at this hotel. Thanks.

Tried to cancel before going into the hotel the app wouldn’t allow me, once I got into the hotel to just check in I could smell all types of smoke…it’s supposed to a non smoking facility and the first room they showed me smelled like smoke and I seen ashes in the corner. The second room also smelled like smoke,had stains and cracks in furniture and toilet was cracked. Asked for a refund they same no manager available until Monday. I went on the app to file a claim and on there booking said full refund until 6pm it was 4pm tried to set up a profile with third party insurance I paid for and it wouldn’t allow me to create a profile so I just booked another hotel! Experience was horrible.

Having someone come in my room a couple minutes after 11am, without knocking, shouting 'checkout get out now' was a great send off. Thanks for that

It was a good stay

The lobby smelled like cigarette butts but the room was clean. However all the doors had off markings like they were forced open at one time or another. Bed was comfortable, and EV charging was great.

When we checked in we had to get a different room the bedspread was dirty and you could see nasty stuff all over to wear the second room had no heat this was a bad experience this time my boyfriend did not want to change to a different room again

Good prices, clean rooms.
