Says check in from 12, check out 12, please make this clear, turned up at the hotel to check in at 12, room still occupied, didnt tell us where we could store luggage, found luggage room inlocked??? Left cases and came back at 3, checked in, no mention of where breakfast was, pool or lifts, we were only there for 2 nights, had paid for breakfast, was getting picked up for airport before breakfast time, asked on the last night if maybe we could get a early breakfaat, was told they needed 24 hour notice, so if she had told us that when we checked in we could have booked it???? The reception staff need more training Im afaid , bar closes 2 till 4 for siesta? But not allowed own drinks round pool ???

Breakfast & staff lovely, ideal location slightly away from the more lively bars & strip. Only downside was sofa bed not very comfortable.

Destacaría positivamente la comida del bufet, todo estaba exquisito. Lo único malo era la privacidad en el baño de la habitación porque la puerta era de cristal, no se cerraba completamente y no tenía pestillo. Además el marco de la puerta era de un metal que hacía efecto espejo y desde fuera se podía ver el interior del aseo, por lo que se te podía ver sentado en el sanitario o desnudo entrando a la ducha. También destacar que nos tocó una habitación bastante ruidosa porque estaba justo encima del muelle de carga y de la salida del personal que no tenía miramientos en salir a la calle hablando a voces de madrugada.

What spa didn't no there was one

The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed if left in bathroom. You could have beach towels with a deposit which could be changed every other day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All the staff were good and friendly very enjoyable stay

Overall, our stay was good. The open buffet is large with plenty of options, and the swimming pools are very clean. However, the rooms feel old and outdated and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, one thing that spoiled our experience was finding a cockroach in our room on the last night of our stay.

Staff were very friendly throughout making us feel welcomed. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore old town and the beach with a short walk to both. Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day….. Overall great hotel, location and couldn’t have asked for more

Breakfast buffet was the largest I've ever experienced. Food selection was excellent. Very good quality. Woman on the desk remembers residents and their room numbers.

Hotel muy céntrico a un paso del centro. El personal muy amable. La comida no tiene excesiva variedad pero está todo muy bueno. Buen sitio para quedarse.
