전체 평가 및 리뷰 HOTEL SUI KOBE SANNOMIYA by ABEST

I arrived at 2:15 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm. I was made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby( with no comfortable chairs). The reason is that the rooms are not ready. This is a lie and has occurred to me before. Please be kinder to your GUESTS.

近くに遅くまでやっている居酒屋が多くてよかった

立地の良い場所でした

きれいでいい感じです 飲食店も周辺にたくさんあるので 便利です

繁華街の入り口に立地があり、夜を楽しむ人にはおすすめです。

夜の三宮で遊ぶなら立地は最高！ セキュリティも整っており、深夜でも安心。 部屋も広いし、ベッドの硬さもちょうど。 ロビーのコーヒーエリアもおしゃれでゆっくりできます。

地點方便

When I checked in and I was supposed to be enjoy public bath, but bath temperature not warm enough to stay bath Otherwise it’s quite comfortable and room is quite comfortable space which I really liked it

清潔で、とても親切、いつも快適に過ごせています。

the single room is very much overpriced for 40000 yen a night. the checkin took so long even I didn’t have to queue.

Very convenience to hangout

ウェルカムドリンクがフリーだったことが良かった。

おにぎりとお酒(ビールやワインなど)の提供がとても良かった。

綺麗だった

設備も綺麗で良かった。

シーズンだったのかちょっとお高かったかな。

香りが好きでした。 大浴場のミラブル？的なシャワーがありがたかったです！！ 本当に翌日、お肌も髪もつやつやでした！！！ 対応も丁寧で、オススメしたいホテルです！！

駅からホテルまでの立地環境にはちょっとびっくりしましたが、中に入ってしまえば清潔で機能的、気持ちよく過ごせました。

Good location in the entertainment district of Kobe, if Jazz, KAraoke, and cocktail lounges is your destination. Price was right, staff freindly, location good for us, but don't sign up for the breakfast.

It was fine, I stayed for about 30 days total and the bedding was never changed, and the floors were only vacuumed once and I had to ask for it. The staff were all nice
