Looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to major roads. Wonderful bed. Appreciated the kitchen amenities, including a filter pitcher. Quiet spot close to downtown.

This is my go-to stay for Phoenix. Near everything.

Everything is good except parking. Parking is a hail Mary every time you leave. Everything else is very nice.

Nice place. Wish that the costs for cleaning were upfront rather than having to be deciphered when reading the listing description, as these things are easy to miss when reviewing many different options.

I was scammed. Paid for everything but could not enter the property. Aardvark Partners is a scam.

Our stay here was perfect! The location is in a nice neighborhood, the tenants that live in the complex were all very nice and welcoming. There are some restaurants within walking distance but other late that are drivable. Vince was amazing and quick to respond with any questions. We arrived from New York early and Vince checked to see if early check in was ok and it was so that was also nice. The room was very homey, well kept and well lit. Pool was clean and relaxing to sit by. Only thing we didn’t realize is there was no towels. There was hand towels but no shower towels. Which was no big deal we just went to the souvenir shop and bought a couple we could take home. All in all was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend anyone staying in this area to stay here in this room.

Had a great stay. The property was great. The parking was not bad at all for being the weekend but I can see how it would become an issue. Amenities were great. Appreciate everything.

The third party management was cumbersome during reservation, checkin and when the lock on the door did not work. The telephone tag was not helpful

The place needs more circulation of air. It was cold when the air was running and would get very warm when it would turn off. All night long cold warm cold warm. It made it hard to get a good night sleep

As a single female traveler, I felt very safe. I was really happy with my choice of staying here. I came for a concert and a solo trip and found everything I wanted to do to be in a close proximity including restaurants, coffee, the Phoenix Art Museum, concert venue and much more (very little was over a 15-minute drive, and usually less than 10 minutes.) I had an issue with someone parking in my assigned spot and appreciated the prompt reply from my host on what to do, as it was late at night. However, I did drive instead of flying this trip which afforded me the ability to pack myself extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. I had a small issue with entry which was resolved by more carefully reading the instructions, no issues after that the entire stay.
