The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Okanagan Lake, local shops, and great restaurants. Everything is within easy reach, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The staff were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and effortless. The WiFi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely or streaming. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch and added to the overall comfort. Clean rooms, great service, excellent amenities, and a prime location , I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Coast Penticton to anyone visiting the area.

I had an excellent stay at Coast Penticton — an easy 5/5 experience. The location is perfect, close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a great added touch. Overall, fantastic service, great amenities, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It was centrally located for the purpose we were there for. The bed was comfortable for me, but too soft for my partner. We were in room 103. There was noise of a TV or talking that came from the room directly above us, and it went on until 5am+. I could hear it and I sleep with earplugs. Note the rooms are not very soundproof, as it is an older hotel which has been renovated. The price was great for 1 night. If we were to stay for more than 1 night, we would look elsewhere.

They have done some renovations, but its poorly managed. and customer service is sub par.

The staff was very kind. The location is close to family which was nice. The beds are new, which was good. We would not stay again though. It is newly renovated but the attention to detail is severely lacking. We had expected with the coast name it would come with the quality that is in other hotels. Unfortunately it just isn’t there.

Staff was courteous but room smelled musty. Also for room being a kitchenette there was no utensils. It was clean and had good sleep. Probably not stay again unless these conditions improve.

Very clean..recently renovated room. All white. Huge bathtub! And tv! Staff were helpful with my card issues. With my laptop and phone and chargers...could have used more plugs..but there were other plugins i used too.

Unfortunaltey our stay was less than satisfactory. There was no running cold water and the microwave was locked so I couldn't use it. we also had to switch rooms cause our room was invested with ants crawling all over the floor. I will not stay there again.

The attention from staff was fantastic

Very clean and bright room, modern and updated. TV not working properly, staff tried to help. I can manage without the TV. Room very comfortable.

Pleasant experience. Don't let the motel style view disuade you, the rooms are fantasticly updated and new. Area isn't the greatest, but is acceptable. A tad noisy. Needs a better setup for DnD or Maid signage, the door hanger blows away.
