Für eine Städtereise mit kurzen Aufenthalten im Hotelzimmer gut. Morgens hat die Reinigungskraft um halb 7 immer kurz Lärm gemacht, sonst war es ruhig.

Centralt billigt hotell, men man får vad man betalar för, litet rum, dålig säng, städning sådär, glömde bädda en dag, tog två handukar, ersatte med en annan dag. Hål på badlakan och sängkläder och extremt lyhört. Va dessutom nyårsveckan med fest på torg o gatan utanför varje dag så omöjligt att sova. Personal i receptionen va väldigt trevliga så all gott till dom

Tenerife informs about water shortage and the hotel gives instructions on how to indicate to cleaners that towels do not need to be changed. They change them anyway! Calle de Castillo right beneth the window is a pedestrian area but quite noisy at night. The room was clean and spacious though

The hotel is in very good location. But is unaudited that they don’t have air conditioners! The room was a real stove! The fan didn’t help. No ice maker or bucket for ice. Too hot!!!

Personal muy atento Ruidosa Céntrica

The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option.

Hotel abandonado , en el que jamás vas a descansar nada debido al ruido de las personas que residen en los pisos superiores , el hotel no tiene ningún control de esos ruidos , tengo claro que si vuelvo a tenerife este es de los hoteles que jamás reservaría

Para ser hotel de 2 estrellas esta genial.

Hotel céntrico, en plena calle Castillo. Para los q no conozcáis Santa Cruz de Tenerife, es la calle de las compras desde siempre. Además es una zona peatonal, así q no es ruidosa. Pero si vais con coche, hay un parking público muy cerca.

My first choice of hotel when I come to Santa Cruz. Location is central, staff are friendly and professional, room is modern and clean with a good ensuite bathroom.

Bien situado. Céntrico y cerca de todos los sitios a pie.

No me gustó que la puerta del balcón no se puede cerrar por dentro y que no había cortinas oscuras o persiana. Da toda la luz de la calle y en cuanto amanece la luz del día es imposible dormir . Bastante ruidosa la calle también . De resto la habitación estaba muy limpia y la camada era cómoda
