후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 한국인이라면 꼭 가보시길 추천드립니다. 시설이나 서비스가 매우 좋고 총괄 쉐프님이 한국에서 12년정도 살다 오셔서 한국어가 매우 유창합니다. 더불어 레스토랑 디너 메뉴가 한식과 일식으로 구성되어있습니다. 여행 중 한식이 먹고싶었는데 덕분에 마요르카에서 육회비빔밥을 먹을 수 있었습니다.

The rooms weren’t cleaned very well and the service was unbelievably slow. The hotel itself has a great vibe and kids pool worked well for the kids. Food itself was nice when it did arrive

Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful! The resort was lovely and boutique feeling. The spa was lovely. The only downsides were only having a heated pool indoors with limited access for kids, and not much in terms of kids food options at the restaurant. Otherwise a very nice place to stay

Das Fitnessstudio war großartig sowie die Drinks am Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great hotel, good food.

Could be the perfect hotel if the outdoor pools opened earlier than 10am and if they can sort out bedroom soundproofing or create adults only accommodation areas to reduce intrusive noise from young families in adjacent rooms. Excellent, well equipped and large hotel gym.

Perfect spa break

Once your step inside this property your greeted with the incredible energy and positivity from the staff from front reception, bar to cleaning facilities. There was a certain level of enthusiasm and

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

The hotel needs reparation in so many spots! (Toilet nearly fell off the wall, water handle was loose by the tub, chairs at outdoor bar, were completely rotten, we didnt dare to sit on them) Also the night service only came around 2 out of 4 nights. We were not allowed to take our new born baby (sleeping in the stroller) into the gym! Apart from that, the food was very good, alao the food in the restaurant was brilliant! The garden and plants are beatful! Overall a good hotel that urgently needs fixing on several spots.
