Had a great night here visiting family. Its in a nice quiet area with places to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The breakfast options were great as well. Thank you Hilton Inn

Shower needed attention in terms of cleanliness. Asked to have it addressed and they said they’d send someone. Didn’t. Also didn’t offer daily room service. Had to request fresh towels.

Not great things to say about this stay. - The air conditioning unit was so loud - The sliding “barn door” for the washroom never stayed closed - The television had no guide and no streaming link We would not stay at a Hilton brand hotel again

Shower head needs fixing & water pressure is extremely poor Staff were friendly

The outside of the property is nice. The inside is modern looking and clean. The staff were terrific. My first room, the ac unit sounded like a car derby. The staff switched me, but the refrigerator unit in the second one was loud, so I had to turn it off. But then my beverages got cold. This hotel is not walking distance to anything. So I guess charging $4.00 for a small pop bottle makes sense.

I was quite disappointed with our recent stay at Hampton Inn Port Hope/Cobourg. The bed was extremely high. Having physical limitations, it was very difficult to get in and out of the bed. The toilet was extremely low making it difficult to get up with arthritic knees. Lastly the breakfast for someone who can't eat gluten was very poor. Limited options, no GF bread. Overall, not a positive experience and I won't be staying here again.

I am an avid Hampton inn client so I try to book in one whenever I can. This hotel is brand new and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately house keeping needs to be elevated as the room and my colleagues rooms were dirty. Bedroom 221 needs a new bed frame as it is falling apart. Hair in the tiles and dirty carpet. If this doesn’t get addressed, this hotel will be completely dirty in few years.

Very clean, new place. Only stayed for a night but enjoyed the clean and spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and breakfast in the morning. No complaints, not priced half bad.

We were in the pool and there were no towels so we called the front desk and were no towels. So I said are we suppose to drip all the way to our rooms? 20 or so min later someone came in with 6 towels when there was 10 in the pool and started this is all we have. You pool is open 10 pm nightly why wouldn’t you have sufficient towels when you have a full hotel ?
