위치 시설 친절함 모두 완벽,,, 한데 ,,,,,,,,,,,,, 반 지 하 ,, ,, 이럴 수가 ,,,, 시설은 너무 좋고 친절하고 깨끗한데,,, 반지하인것이 유일한 단점인데 너무나 큰 단점,,,,... 다시 가지는 않을것같음 (조식 정말 별로임)

프리몬트 호텔에서 엄청 가깝구요. 올드퀘벡 구경하기 좋아요. 최근에 리노베이션해서 방은 깔끔해요. 다만 화장실이 좀 작고 옛날 건물이라 방음이 취약하긴하지만 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었어요. 다음에 가도 저는 여기 묵을 거 같아요.

The room was so antique and pretty. I stayed for two days and everything was so good. One thing I'm sorry about is that soundproofing is not very good. I had to apply for breakfast the evening before and the prepared food was good too.

At first I was quite suspicious since the hotel seemed rather small and did not have an elevator. However, my two days stay in this hotel was so nice. The room was not wide but tidy, and the bathroom was clean. Linen were clean and cozy. It is located near the Chateau Frontenac hotel, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very kind and friendly. In addition, wifi was not only free but also very speedy.

Thanks to quiet location, I took a rest comfortably. Breakfast is simple but enough, the smell of croissants is beyond description! The staff was all so kind and helpful that I could easily make a reservation for the Hotel de Glace. Merci beaucoup, Hotel Chateau Fleur de Lys!

Lovely staff and a unique hotel experience. The room was very comfortable, with nice linens and heated tile floors in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our in-room breakfast each morning. It is a unique staff in that there is not 24/7 front desk staff and you have a physical key for your room, so be sure to communicate ahead of time if you will have a late arrival or early check out. We appreciated the tray for boots outside each room, which kept our living area in the hotel room clean and dry. The location was perfect, couldn't have asked for better.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked spa for the two of us and were excellent in their responses via email and phone. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate. The continental breakfast was good and had the best croissants that I have ever had. The parking was easy. The lot is located directly behind the hotel. And the bilingual staff was excellent.

Excellent location, a short walk (5 minutes) from the main street with restaurants and the water front. We were two couples in the two Junior Suites at half-basement level. This was good and very convenient. The beds were medium soft and comfortable. Breakfast was not worth having. The main problem was something basically scandalous. Only when we were checking out did the hotel manager tell us that the room rates (already very high) we had booked with Hotels.com were wrong and considerably higher. My friend did not seem to absorb this and gave his credit card, which was charged hundreds of dollars more than the published rates. At no time before this checkout were we told about this. This is bad practice of the worst kind.
