Just a bed and no desk

Clean and spacious rooms in a great location in Novi Sad. Ideal for visiting the city centre. But understaffed (reception was often closed) and the music in the courtyard went on til past 2 am. Some rooms have windows that are so high you can’t see out even when standing on the bed! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good option for visiting Novi Sad. AC wasn’t available in May when we visited

Overall nice hotel, and good location. The bed was hard as a rock and the air conditioner didn’t work halfway through the night. We asked for it to be fixed but it didn’t get resolved. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

Partendo dall’indirizzo indicato sbagliato sul sito, Kombinat é un mix delle cose che sono belle e altre un po meno. Siccome indirizzo era sbagliato, abbiamo dovuto prima lasciare la macchina altrove per poter trovare albergo. Una volta arrivati, nonostante la mia richiesta di letto queen, mi é stato assegnato una camera con due letti singoli uniti con lenzuola. Colazione inclusa é una grandissima farsa che ti danno i voucher per il pasto ma non puoi ordinare quello che vuoi, solo 1 scelta e la scelta é limitata con alcune cose. Internet funziona malissimo e se vuoi quello che funzioni un po meglio, paghi a parte. Parcheggio limitatissimo in zona gratuita e se vuoi usufruire del parcheggio di hotel devi pagare a parte profumatamente. Non ci tornerei

Nice place to stop by for a night only pity there’s no window for a view, only high window for light.

The hotel has a great location, right near the old town and very easy to walk to many sights. The room was well done and had all the usual amenities. However, there are several issues: there is no lobby - just a reception desk - this means that there is no place to sit outside of the room; there is no elevator from the street level to the reception and there are 2 flights of steps - one inside and 1 from the street to the front door. There was no one to help with the bags. Therefore if you need help with bags or can't walk steps then this is not the hotel for you. Finally breakfast - the hotel has no service of its own but uses the cafe right near the hotel. However, there is a set menu for hotel guests with very limited choices. I was not happy with this at all. While i really liked the location and found parking right in front, i most likely would not stay again due to the lack of service and the breakfast situation.

The hotel is a lovely boutique style, modern, recently renovated. Has all the features needed a really comfortable bed and amazing location. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice place in the heart of Novi Sad. Fantastic location. The building seem old and grey from outside, but the inside was made into modernly design hotel. Room was very spacious, shower as well, and big and comfy bed. Reception is available until 23 only, but can wait there for late check ins. We got to park for free. Breakfast is served in a restaurant by the hotel, not buffet.

Superfina rum och rent. Frukosten var en besvikelse

Complicated parking. Staff came along in the car through a pedestrian area with limited access. Private parking not easy to exit if other cars parked. Leaving early before others can be difficult. Room was with the only window several meters up. So no view. Ok for overnighthing. Breakfast and facilities fine. Staff extremely serviceminded and helpful.

Gerne wieder

Hotellet är jättefint, rena och fina rum och mycket trevlig personal. De hjälpte oss att boka en transport till flygplatsen kl.3.30 för 70 EUR och vi fick även med varsin supergod baguette och apelsinjuice eftersom vi inte åt frukost på hotellet sista dagen. Hotellet ligger mycket nära "gamla stan". På fredagsnatten spelades det hög musik nere i gatuplan fram till ca 02 men med öronproppar sov man gott ändå. Natten innan var det ingen musik så det är nog på på helgerna det är det.
