It deserve the bad opinions

AC doesn’t work but you get what you pay for I guess.

Premièrement , il y avait une tache de sang sur l’oreiller les draps donnaient l’impression de ne pas avoir été lavés mais seulement replacer . Pas de papier de toilette , aucun verre en carton ou plastique pour la machine à café . Pour finir le tout, il y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche .

No receptionist. No staff to give you help. Slow responsiveness on a phone call. No in room Wi-Fi. No toilet paper. No change of towels. Partial construction around. No clear help with understanding where parking is which is very close. Has a lot of potential but feels very easily on the most basic things there should be a sheet of instruction there should be better support.

Location is everything… et c’est tout ce que je retiens de positif à propos de cet hébergement. D’abord, je n’ai pas eu de réponse à mes questions posées quelques jours avant mon arrivée. Ensuite, sur place mon code pour la porte principale ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, j’ai eu de l’aide à travers la messagerie d’Expedia, mais j’ai rencontré 2 autres voyageurs sans code et personne ne répondait au numéro de téléphone indiqué sous le bureau de la réception. Ensuite, il faut savoir que toutes les chambres sont au sous-sol et que l’hôtel est encore en rénovation. Aussi, il manquait plusieurs choses dans la chambre : 2e serviette, débarbouillette, cintres. Enfin, la chasse d’eau de la toilette était défectueuse, le foyer était posé croche, les rideaux étaient opacités, mais sales, la pomme de douche coulait et l’eau chaude prenait plus de 5 minutes à venir. Le tarif était compétitif, mais ne valait pas le sentiment général d’insécurité ressenti.

The place is in construction right now and I could not open any of the messages sent to my email so it was hard and confusing to access the room. There was no staff and no one to communicate with and all attempts went to voice mail but the room itself once I was able to access it was very comfortable and clean. As I said the facilty outside of the room was in construction so not the most welcoming of atmospheres.

As I mentioned in my previous message, I am quite concerned about the condition of the room (2) upon my arrival. The floor in the room is dirty, with crumbs and debris scattered throughout. When I entered the bathroom, I noticed that the sinks were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. There is also debris on the bathroom floor, and the toilet bowl appears to have been left uncleaned after use by a previous guest. I have also just checked the bed and noticed stains on the bedsheets, which raises even more concerns about the cleanliness of the room. At this point, I am genuinely questioning whether the room was cleaned before my arrival. This is not the level of cleanliness I would expect when checking into accommodation, and I am very disappointed by the current condition of the room. I will send photos shortly so that you can see the issues for yourselves. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution to this situation as soon as possible. They say they will refund me 20% of the price but until now, there is nothing.

No air conditionning, nobody was there to help us.

The hotel was under construction so there was dust and dirt everywhere. Every other hotel would close while renovating but this one had the gall to rent out rooms while it was a construction zone. There was no one at reception at all and we let ourselves in with codes sent by email. The windows in the room did not open and there was no AC so there was zero air circulation other than a fan. The shower head was held on by string. The bathroom sink did not have a plug and the water drained slowly (ie. it was obstructed). The toilet did not flush so we had to add water with a garbage can to make it flush.

Un jai on avais pas de serviette pas de café et en plus jais oublié une tablette et un speaker bose depuis jeudi quand on est parti on essaye de les rejoindre pour ravoir nos biens et il ne reponde pas et me racroche la ligne au nez moi jetait un bon client ici et c’est comme ca quil traite les client ici

It has a good location. However, the property is under renovation, it is so dusty everywhere. There is an A/C but not good, inside your room they provided a stand fan for the air to circulate in your room. Upgraded room and bathroom. But there is no receptionist,, they do not reply to your text or email if you need something. However, again it is in a nice location!

It’s in a basement and there is ongoing construction. The bathroom was incredibly dirty and did not have toilet paper at night because I believe someone stole it and the TP was never replaced. The staff is unhelpful and usually not even present. Everything is dirty, uncomfortable, and just horrible. There are different hostels with much better facilities for the same price. Also they try to scam you online by showing you private room pictures for their shared dorms so you think you’re getting a room with a double bed but it’s a small pod with 10 different mixed people. Just horrible…

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could give this negative stars I would; the place is under construction, only 1 bathroom & 1 shower for everyone, the door handle to the room literally came off in my hand, dirty sheets, no towel, there was no lock on pod only a shutter which was torn. MANAGEMENT ARE UNREACHABLE. Stayed for 1 hour then left and refused to refund me. Avoid at all costs!

This is not a hotel. There is no staff. The phone number is out of service. And it’s under major construction. The pods do not lock off. And my locker had hinges torn off. The shower is unusable and there is no linens. There isn’t even paper towel in toilet. No response to any enquiry.

This was not a hotel. It was a series of rooms in a basement that was being renovated. All requests (more TP) were ignored. Construction on Friday morning woke me up.

The place was under construction, dirty, the room was in the basement and didn’t have an air condition, one towel only for two people, no towels for the face, only a little of toilet paper, and the room was hot and only a small fan. If the room was able to provide the missing things then it would it be perfect to stay.

Terrible. Don't stay here. We leave.

Dirty place. Don't stay at this place. I hope Hotel.com remove this place of their website.
