Loft in Ipiales is great for visiting the Basilica of the Virgin of Las Lajas! Staff very helpful and pleasant. It's very near San Felipe Church that has very good priests!

There was some hair on the shower and on the floor around the room, can get better at cleaning, the room was in first floor and had no windows to the street, only to a hallway that leads to the kitchen, that was odd.

Great location. I asled for a quiet room because i had an early flight and got a room above rhe dining room, so not quiet. At check out the staff could not figure out how to charge to a credit card.

Excelente Hotel, únicamente el sonido externo de las habitaciones no está muy bien aislado

Tiene una gran ubicación para salir directo a donde quieras en carro o para ir caminando a lugares cercanos en el centro. Las camas son realmente cómodas. Lo único que podría decirse que no es del todo positiva es que en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo del corredor y el parqueadero puede ser incómodo para un carro grande.

Limpio, muy bien ubicado y lo mejor de todo, el servicio. De seguro regresaré a este hotel en mi próximo viaje a Pasto.

Although there is no elevator, there is always someone to quickly carry your luggage. The herbal tea with cookies and a turned down bed with a hot water bottle at your feet in the bed at night (except Sundays) could not be more welcoming on a cold evening and makes you feel first class. We had three rooms on the third floor and the only complaint was about the water for the shower which sometimes took a long time to become hot (but always had good pressure). It is a great place to stay.

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro de Pasto, buenas habitaciones, gimnasio y cafetería. Lo mejor es el servicio del personal, gente muy amable y agradable!!!

The stay was very nice. However, the description included a jetted tub and view, which were not available in the room. Also, for two people, I would expect two robes and two sets of slippers. Nevertheless, overall, the hotel was modern, clean, and accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Carnaval and central.

Lo que hay que mejorar es el ruido, que genera el restaurante en las horas de la mañana, el timbre de entrada en las horas de la madrugada , insonorizar o encerrar el area del restaurante para mejorar esto que aporto para mejor calidad en el descanso de las personas que buscan un buen hotel . Y la entrada al parqueadero demasiado estrecha estás son mis sugerencias gracias .

Buen lugar, muy moderno, pero el ingreso al estacionamiento es una pesadilla.

Súper, un hotel que marca la diferencia en sus atenciones y servicios de bienvenida: minibar y bebida caliente de cortesía, bolsas calientes, te acomodan la cama para dormir ! En definitiva, recomendado !!!

First be warned all the rooms are interior, that they have no windows! There are vents to the open lobby. My room was next to the desk so I could hear the desk clerk's TV all night. I booked through Expedia for a total of ______. When I checked out they refused to honor that and charged me _______ I will be filing a protest on my CC. One of the worst places for the money that i have stayed at!

El personal del hotel es muy amable, la comodidad y limpieza del hotel es excelente sin dudarlo lo recomiendo. La ubicación es muy buena.
