Great place , clean and very convenient near the main plaza , super cool place with pool and excellent staff, I highly recommended!

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location next to all the sites you want to see. The pool area is gorgeous, with beautiful Yucatanian hammocks. However, the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The amenities simply do not exist. For example, no coffee in the room and no big pot of coffee in the lobbly. No refrigerator either, which would have been nice. Worst of all, the staff was extremely uptight and unhelpful. To the point of being really mean and interfering with our fun. The pool closes at 8 pm which is ridiculous, and we were scolded for being in there after 8, even though we were extremely quiet and considerate of other guests. They took a big deposit for amenities at checkin and were extremely rude and accusatory when we checked out, acting as if we were trying to skip out on paying for a breakfast--which was terrible by the way. Don't eat at the hotel.

Me dieron una habitación muy fea, con vista a la calle, y por el ruido no pude dormir. Por ese precio, las anteriores veces me dieron habitación con vista a la alberca y jardín...

La habitación que nos asignaron no fue la mejor, estaba limpia, pero mucho ruido del exterior, el desayuno muy rico y abundante, precios muy accesibles y el personal muy amable.

Clean room, Staff helpfull/friendly. An old building but well appointed. No elevators, great location. No Ubers but cabs readily available. Ask for all date rain for those wanting effective, knowledgeable transportation.

La alberca estupenda

Lugar sencillo pero colonial

Lo que destaca es la ubicación 100%, si ésta es tu prioridad, será la mejor opción. Viajé sola y me sentí segura. Es tranquilo, y tener en cuenta que es una propiedad antigua, colonial, y mi habitación se sentía algo vieja y fría, vacía, pero limpia, cumplió el objetivo de descansar, pasear, y tener aire acondicionado. Las chicas en recepción muy amables y me apoyaron consiguiendo taxi para tomar el tren Maya. La tarifa fue justa y estoy satisfecha con la experiencia. Muchas gracias.
