Zimmer geräumig, Frühstücksbuffet und auch Dinner à la carte super, 1 Punkt Abzug wegen Sauberkeit, da wir bei Ankunft im Zimmer auf dem Fußboden eine getrocknete Kontaktlinse und Chipskrümel gefunden haben.

Rent værelse. Fin morgenmad. Fin placering i ny centrum. Nogle værelser med fin udsigt Anbefales

Had a great stay. Room was clean and the staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet was also one of the highlights of our stay.

Dejligt sted

The bedroom had a dirty cup of coffee (there was dried coffee inside and it was upside down to be used). No wardrobe or shoes available to walk to the sauna. Food service ok but very little choice for meal

It was a nice and pleasant stay. The abundance of food choices for breakfast didn't let me go without trying everything. Location is in the middle of all means of transport and activities offices

En enkelt overnatning med familien. Stort udvalg i morgenmadsbuffetten og fin mad i restauranten om aften. Lidt ærgerligt at skybar ikke er åben i dagstimerne hvor man kan se noget (vi var der i december) og at baren i stueetagen først åbnede for servering kl 15 - men ellers et hyggeligt område til hygge/læsning/spil når der bliver tændt op i det store ildsted.

Beautiful hotel, but our room was way too hot and I couldn't change the thermostat.

Such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Whe rooms were amazing and the breakfast was the biggest buffet ever! We had such a great stay! Highly recommended.

The location is the best. It’s the meeting point for almost all tours. There are bus stops both ways right outside. And you can see aurora when it’s strong despite the lights. The only downside is the hot water isn’t stable in the room, and weak in mine. I had to use the shower in the sauna

staff was helpful, hotel is nice. the only thing that we arrived early 2 hours before check in at 2pm and was offered to check in early with a fee. We absolutely don't mind paying but why would we get charged when the room is ready is ready? I totally can understand fee for late check out but for early check in?

The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. There were plenty of lifts going up and down so never had to wait for one. The sauna was nice and heated up fast. We didn't stay for breakfast but the dinner menu had good options. The sky bar has amazing views and the downstairs bar had good service.

Excelente hotel no novo centro da cidade. Fica a 7 minutos de carro do aeroporto, que aliás dá para ser visto da janela de quartos mais altos. Muito limpo, equipe educada, próximo ao comércio local. Excelente opção para quem quer ficar na parte central da cidade com todo conforto.
