Our recent stay at Residentas Arco do Bandeira in Lisbon with my family was exceptional. The staff's warm welcome and thoughtful surprises during our outing were heartwarming. Clean, comfortable rooms and an ideal location made our trip memorable. We left with cherished memories and a desire to return. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive—always available and on point with everything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located in the heart of everything. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I would definitely book again!

Perfect location for a weekend for a wonderful family trip!

We are a family of 4 and enjoy having space to spread out on vacation. Arco dos Bandeiras property was spacious, clean, solidly built, charming and located right at Rossio Square and within a 5 minute walk to Chiado. Entering the property using a long code took some getting used to, but we figured it out. Although there is not a traditional front desk/concierge, we were able to have all of our needs met with the business hours on-site staff and through WhatsApp messaging. A modern kitchen, dining space and washer/dryer were perfect and the primary room bed was extra comfortable. I also appreciated the pristine white duvet and sheets.

We stayed at the Presidential Apartment, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had — even compared to top 5-star properties like St. Regis Dubai, Wynn Las Vegas, and the Ritz-Carlton that we stayed at. Everything was seamless from the start. Check-in via access code was smooth, and communication was excellent. The apartment itself is stunning — over 1,000 sq ft, with high ceilings, colorful decor, a fully equipped kitchen (including washer/dryer), and balconies front and back with views over Rossio Square. It felt like a royal stay. Comfort and cleanliness were top-notch — beds and linens were incredibly cozy, and everything was spotless. I usually wipe things down due to OCD, but here, I barely had to. And the location couldn’t be better — right across from Rossio Square, steps from the metro, with tons of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront just minutes away. We were so sad to leave and wished we had booked more nights. I’d come back to Lisbon just to stay here again. Truly exceptional in every way!

Specious and good location!

This hotel was excellent. They provided everything you might need for kitchen and washing machine and dryer!! The front desk were very helpful. They provided us with a welcome basket and once gone refill it as needed. We just had to let them know.

Amazing location. Right in Rosário Square with a view of Sao Jorge Castle. Had a little hard time finding the front door and wish the check in was earlier than 4pm for the price of the room but overall great experience. Would recommend.

Amazing apartment in the center of the city with great view.

We had a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom apartment for our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location provided us with easy access to many attractions as well as being close to public transport options. When we return to Lisbon we will book this accommodation again. Michelle M

Location, Location, Location. Great stay the best part wasn’t the stay but the Ladies at the front desk that were willing to help with any of our families needs.

Excellent stay from start to finish - Great communication with the staff - Always friendly, smiling and willing to help.. Easy 5 star based on this alone. The property was clean and spacious and just like the pictures on the booking page - Little VIP treats left on arrival… Absolutely no issues!! We were so happy when we arrived at this place. The appartement was amazing, beautiful, great quality. We were close to evertying in Lisbon, the night we sleep very well they have a great insonorisation. We will be back.
