Restarts has a wonderful location. Our accommodations were clean and well cared for. I highly recommend.

Point central. Super café a côtés . Equipment cuisine et surtout lave vaisselle un peu compliqué, en effet le mien avait une fuite d eau . Sinon conciergerie impeccable Je compte réserver l an prochain 😉

Only one issue; horrible smell in the corridor on level 3 sparks tower, at the door entrance to the building and along the corridor to the elevators- smelled as if the building had been flooded or closed up for a long period. The smell at the reception entrance improved during our stay. Otherwise our apartment was perfect, well equipped, good storage, excellent comfortable bed and no road or outdoor sounds.

Couldn’t have wished for a better base for my trip to Ottawa. Staff were friendly and helpful, my room (and Expedia upgrade) was absolutely spotless and the views were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I’ll definitely be back!

Someone at the front desk had arbitrarily changed our room to a less desirable one.We contested this with a more senior reception agent.He was FANTASTIC in doing everything possible with a fully booked hotel,in resolving the situationHe was able to make our stay very lovely.Thank You sir gor going the extra mile
