Apartment style rooms with laundry in downtown Ottawa. You can't go around with this hotel

Sehr schickes Appartment mit Balkon und voll eingerichteter moderner Küche, sowie zahlreiche Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wäre somit auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Parliament-Hill. Frühstücksmöglichkeit nicht im Hotel vorhanden, aber direkt nebenan ist ein Café. Helles, sauberes und geräumiges Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Einziger Nachteil: das sehr schmale Queensize-Bett.

Its great location , everything in downtown is walkable like Parliament and Byward market. The property is clean and nice. I wish they had kept water bottles rest it was amazing

We stayed at reStays for three nights in a two bedroom condo with another couple in October. There was plenty of room for four people and the condo was bright and modern. The building amenities are impressive. We enjoyed the Sky Lounge with views of the city, tea in the lobby and coffee in the room and wished we had time to check out the sauna. The room was quiet, we had a courtyard view in the Queen Street tower. The location was perfect. Spark Street is right outside, Parliament two blocks away and an easy walk to Byward Market. Great coffee and restaurant options all around. We had a minor issue with the TV and it was addressed immediately. We appreciated the secure underground parking as well. 10/10!

Nice clean and modern apartment hotel, our room was spacious and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Experience VIP était une bouteille de vin. Cela ne m’intéresse pas. Signes et identifications dans l’hôtel sont difficiles à suivre. Aller au stationnement à partir de la chambre est un labyrinthe.

Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’il parle sur leur site de salle de jeux avec des arcades, alors que dans les faits, c’était juste une salle avec un billard. Si j’avais su je n’aurais pas fait le même choix d’hôtel.

Well stocked and convenient

Was an excellent last minute choice in Ottawa Ontario. Front desk service is excellent and very helpful. There is parking avail and clearance is 6` feet 4 inches. You do have access to gym, pool table and even cinema for like 15 people for whatever event you like to watch. Pretty neat for a hotel. Parking is a little pricy for me at $37(2025).

Well appointed, and very centrally located property close to all major attractions and subway. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils to make it fully functional.

I had a wonderful stay at this residence hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The building feels modern and elegant, and the lobby leaves a great first impression. The staff were friendly and professional, making the check-in smooth and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed — exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again.

My husband and I enjoyed an overnight at reStays Ottawa. A very knowledgable and friendly staff greeted us at reception, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Location was within walking distance to many attractions, great restaurants and transit. After attending a local concert, the comfortable suite, complete with kitchenette, was a welcome retreat. Thanks for a lovely stay. On our next trip to downtown Ottawa, we will be sure to return.
