숙소에 부족한거 없이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며 관광지하고 가깝지만 숙소주변은 조용했어요.

엘리베이터와 복도에서 썩은 걸레 냄새가 매일 났습니다.

화장실도 넓고 새탁기와 세제도 있고 식기세착기와 세제도 있어요. 오일은 없고 소금 후추는 있는데 후추는 거의 빈통 이었고 오일은 없으니 간단한 요리 할분은 참고하세요 전체적으로 좋았는대 레지던스여서 그런지 아쉬운 점은 1. 타월이 처음에 한번 제공된걸로 전체숙박 내내 알아서 써야했어요. 타월이 충분한 느낌은 아니어서 재사용 만ㄹ이 했어요. 세탁하기 귀찮아서.. 2. 무조건 체크인,체크아웃 시간 맞춰야해요. 호텔처럼 유연함이 전혀 없어요. 2시간 일찍 채크인도, 2시간 늦은 채크인도 25유로 추가해야해요. 체크인하는 날 일찍 도착해도 짐을 맡길수가 없어요. 체크아웃 하는 날도 일찍 체크아웃하고 호텔처럼 짐을 맡기고 다시 찾아와서 가져가는 그런 일정이 불가능해요. 시설 락커 찾아서 알아서 해야해요. 다른건 괜찮았는데 체크인,체크아웃하는 날 잠시라도 짐을 맡길수 없는 점이 제일 불편했던거 같아요. 레지던스의 특성인거 같으니 이용하실 분은 참고하세요

Very nice and clean, with a very equipped kitchen. The place is close to the subway line.

The place was great! Clean, good location easy to get to sights around the city, so nice to relax on the balcony and have a kitchen. Quite & comfortable. It was pretty hot when we were there so we were very grateful to have air conditioning. Check in was a little confusing for me but staff assisted me & were responsive. Overall Highly recommend.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a easy life there. Like we were in our home. The location, accessibility to train, trams and supermarkets were so convenient. We had a bit of challenge at arrival as there id no reception .... chat via app also connect to virtual assistant which wasn't really helpful. But finally we could manage to check in.

Clean spacious place, a bit too far to walk to most of the city center’s attractions.

This property was a great stay. Check in was super easy and the room was clean. Location was near supermarkets and the shower pressure was great. They provided detergent for us to wash clothes and there was an in unit washing machine. The biggest complaint I had was the air conditioning. On the listing, it says there is air conditioning. Upon arrival, i saw all of the AC but the remote control was missing. I reached out to the host and they stated that the AC is only for the summer and for me to open the windows. It was mid May when I went and the room did get hot. I have heat induced eczema so I like to keep my rooms cool. And I also don’t tend to open the windows because I have severe seasonal allergies. So I had to pick between having heat rashes or severe allergic reactions. It was quite uncomfortable and had I known that the AC is only for the summer it would have changed my decision to stay here. I think that condition/rule should be more clearly stated when booking or in the listing at least. Otherwise, the room was great.

L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Les meubles et la cusine sont de qualité. L'environnement était agréable. Il était bien situé à coté de 3 stations de métron dans un rayon de 500m.

Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alles tipptopp! Einzelne Gegenstände in der Wohnung könnten noch nachgezogene Schrauben gebrauchen - zB Garderobenständer, Nachtlämpchen, Treppengeländer.

Bedding quality poor, we found hair on pillows, bedsheets and duvet covers. Management dropped off new set the following day. Sheets very thin and mattress cover poked through it. Bed was not uncomfortable but the bedding made it disappointing. No place in shower for keeping soap/shampoo. They provided small body wash/shampoo bottles not enough for 5 night stay. Their portal says you can ask for more. Kitchen area was good, clean utensils and cooking vessels. We did not do any cooking, however, we bought a roll of paper towels and that helped a lot. Having a washer was convenient but you need to hang dry clothes on a rack provided. All in all it was ok and location was convenient since under 5 minutes walk to Nestroyplatz station.

Rent, bra och fina utrymmen, perfekt för en familj eller två vuxna par som reser tillsammans. Nära till tunnelbanan, lätt att ta sig överallt. Nära till matbutik. Toppenboende.

Die Wohnung ist klasse, ebenso die Lage. Die U-Bahn und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.

Communication through apps only but it is very effective and efficient. The apartment has an internal staircase to the two bedrooms. It could be highlighted more clearly in the websites as it would not be very suitable to have people with constraint to walk up and down the room. The location is really good with underground nearby and a lot of choices of good food are available. Each bedroom and the dinning area are quipped with smartTV. It could be better if even a small room of training faculties can help allow the guests to have exercise during the stay.
