The staff was so nice and pleasant.

Customer service was responsive and helpful. Limited amenities due to an upgrade in process. No gym, no pool, had to call or go to the lobby for ice. No room service first day in hotel.

It’s an old renovated building. It’s not worth the money.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room lacks fridge but was provided when requested. Well situated.

Great one night stay for a concert at the new Cocoa Cola Amphitheater. Great price and comfortable room with a unique city view. Only struggles were parking if you don't get valet, and the water pressure wasn't great, but overall a nice experience.

The bartender TK and Val at the front desk were so sweet...outgoing and a great representation of the hotel!!

Excellent staff, great location, clean comfortable room

There was no one at the desk when we arrived Friday night. Valet and bar tender both tried to find her but couldn’t we had to just stand there with our luggage and wait over 15 mins just to get checked in. On Sunday thousands of people were in town to attend the Matt Riffe concert and we went to the bar and the bartender said “No you can’t get a drink I’m cleaning today” She closed the bar on probably one of the busiest days this summer to clean? After the concert we needed our car key from the valet, again no one was at the desk no one was at the valet station… again we waited 15 minutes just to find someone to get us our car key and she was sitting in the bar area the whole time?

Lovely and Amazing

The room was in terrible condition and the bathroom was dirty. The AC only ran at full blast so everything in the room was slightly wet from the flash cooling and warming. Not a single staff member is in a uniform or wearing a name badge.

It was ok not quite what expected but the staff was amazing and they made my stay awesome!

The service was great. Front desk and bartender on 6/6/25 by the names of Ms. Althea and Ms. TK were great. However, the room and cleanness of the room left a lot to be desired. I am very unhappy with this hotel. It definitely needs to be remodeled in the rooms. The carpet is very worn, the bed had an immense amount of other people's hair within the sheets, on top of the sheets. Semen stains looked to be on the carpet and sheets. The paint was chipping around the windows were they needed to be resealed/recacked. Paint was chipping on the bathroom door.

Street noise was a little loud.

The building is in a really good part of downtown with shopping and restaurants in walking distance
