Réceptionniste de nuit froide et peu agréable. Établissement très propre mais très déçue par le service. Il y a beaucoup d’hôtels propres à Yaoundé donc pour le prix, nous nous attendons à un service d’une qualité irréprochable mais cela n’a pas été le cas. Personnel très peu coopératif avec un manque d’information flagrant. Je ne recommande pas et je n’y retournerai pas.

The room was cleaned everyday, the foods were excellent, staff so good. Everything was fine. I’m happy to know that we can have that kind of service in Cameroon.

En outre un geste commercial consistant à ne pas faire payer une demi journée au clients en attente d'avion le soir même, serait le bienvenu afin de compenser les désagréments liés aux bruits pendant le séjour. Friendly, warm, and helpful staff.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the Internet works well, bathrooms are good and front desk staff are friendly. But the hotel is seriously let down by the food. For a start there is no room service. And the streets around are dark so it's not easy just to pop out. There is a restaurant but it is very expensive. I ate there one night.. the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and when it did come it was cold. I asked for it to be reheated. Another 15 minutes and it came back not much warmer! And to honest not that great / Thai chicken curry but the chicken was very gristly. For $30 plus service plus drinks, and that was one of the cheapest things on the menu. So please shape up the catering if you want me back!!

Amazing hotel with amazing service

This is THE BEST PLACE in Cameroon. Star Land Douala and Yaoundé. Booked Yaounde after my experience in Douala. AMAZING. For a hotel not affiliated to a “world brand”, it is just EXCEPTIONAL. Means you can be local and BEAT GLOBAL BRANDS. I can NEVER go somewhere else in Cameroon. My family loved the place even more than me. Wait till you try their PILLOWS and great organic food. My gosh. Just go. The closest experience I had was in Australia and Thailand. Amazing staff. Thank you Star Land. Worth my time and money. Looking forward to my next trip Cheers

Did not clean the room

Their net is not working at all in the room and the TV too because there is no connection with the Internet and I do have a really hard time. I did talk to them. They did not reply positively they did not clean the room so I stay for two nights they room was clean when I checked in and the next day they did not clean it.

Reminded me of hotels in the US and I felt very comfortable and safe

Notre séjour a été Excellent. Seul bémol, la présence de petits cafards lorsqu'on éteint les lumières.
