The free breakfast was a huge perk!

What a deceit of an advertisement. Whoever took the photos knew what they were doing. Picked time of day and perfect angles to avoid showing the reality of this place. Sketchy neighborhood. Sketchy building. Seemed some folks probably lived there?? Sketchy folks outside as well. This is NOT somewhere you want to being the kids to. The room was rundown and not very clean. Cheap patchwork on the walls. Sticky remotes. What a horrible experience. We stayed one night because our drive got us there late, but immediately request cancellation and refund of our 2nd night. Found something elsewhere.

We had a great time. Just some bugs in the night all over the bed … in back room but I think it was from the outside unsure! We loved the place. The kids had a blast!!!

So my only issues would be that the gas line was damage and they didnt let there customer know nor did they accommodate for the hot water being out. I end up paying for another night and didnt get no discounts or anything for the hot water.

Bad smell

The place was under some type of construction and there were very shady people roaming around looking like they lived in their cars in the parking lot and smoking drugs in their vehicles.

The area was ok, it has good shopping near by.

Es uno de los peores hoteles donde nos hemos hospedado, nos hospedamos 5 noches y por 150 dólares la noche esperaba más, no lo recomiendo, camas muy incómodas, en cinco noches hicieron limpieza solo una vez y eso porque lo solicitamos, muy lejos del centro de Dan Diego además albergan a muchos homeless y personas que se ve que viven ahí o rentan por meses pero como un vecindario, horrible, suelo no dejar reseñas negativas pero esta vez fue muy desagradable enfrentar todo esto con mi familia completa, éramos cinco personas y tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama porque querían cobrarme extra por proveer un sofá cama adicional siendo que cuando hice la reserva claramente reservé para cinco personas, mejor inviertan un poco más y reserven con más tiempo para que no les pase lo mismo

The pictures don’t reflect the real conditions of the hotel. You see homeless people around the facility and it seems they also live in the hotel. Our first night the people in the next room had a fight where we heard things being thrown at the walls and super loud scream that felt unsafe. The mattress bends, the room smells like cigarette, the floors outside smell like pee, the elevator smells like marijuana. The overall condition of the hotel is bad.

Not anything

Found cockroach’s in the room and pool was in bad service. Breakfast was a small bread and a to go oatmeal none of what we can eat as diabetics.

Lots of beds suite 2 rooms with 4 king beds fantastic. Breakfast bags OK.

You know that one scene from the movie Big with Tom Hanks when he goes to new york for the first time and its time for him to sleep , and curls up afraid. Well its kinda like that . Pillows had lipstick on them , the walls had patched up holes, there was a jacuzzi but it was caution taped off , there was a very different kind of unsafe crowd outside everynight. The air conditioning was great though. Overall i would not recommend this place .

Smells rotten and urine. We will never come back here anymore!!!!

Hundreds of cockroaches in the room and over the beds, in the entire room and bathroom. I leave the room and hotel15 minutes after check in and they don’t want give me the refund than I pay, after I arguing for two hours in the phone with them, 4 days after they refunded me only a partial amount.

The room smelled like the room was not ventilated for a long time.

When we checked in and got the keys, we noticed the hotel environment was very bad and there was people smoking and fighting and homeless people were in the parking lots, I could laterally smell bad odors around and finally we noticed that the bedrooms had bedbugs and we left the hotel right after seeing all those things. It was a bad experience in my whole time booking a hotel. I recommend to check the ratings before booking it.

This property is not family friendly, at all! We only stayed one night, then left to find another place to stay.
