너무 비좁아서 불편해요. 침대 옆 탁상과 옷장이 가구의 전부입니다. 침대 외에는 잠깐 앉아있을 곳도 없고 물건들을 올려 놓을 곳도 없습니다. 캐리어를 바닥에 펼쳐 놓아야 했는데 바닥에 먼지와 머리카락이 많아서 옷이나 물건이 바닥에 닿을까봐 찝찝했습니다. 처음 배정방은 객실 화장실 천장에서 물이 떨어져서 말씀드리니 같은 타입의 새로운 방으로 바꿔주셨어요. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 하지만 좁고 청결하지 않아서 다시 방문하고 싶지 않아요.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at The Moore. The suite, while compact, provided just enough space on either side of the queen bed for comfortable movement. The bathroom, although also small, had a cozy feel, contributing to the overall warmth of the room. The hotel's location in Chelsea is quite convenient. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Though I had an issue the staff handled it pretty well and went above and beyond. Location is fantastic, and it was quiet in room I was in. Slept well.

The Moore is not only strategically located, it's a delightful spot to stay. There's a coffee bar in the lobby and a team of professionals to make sure you have what you need. Plus, did I mention the location?? Easy access to subways to museums and more

We enjoyed out stay

The splurge was worth the very comfortable bed, the plush robe, and nice bathroom products, after my return international flight. I enjoyed the handsome lobby and ample café. You could definitely hear any halfway noise, but it wasn't during late hours.

Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located for the galleries of Chelsea and the Highline.

Great spot! Staff were super super helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar is chic and fun. Would definitely stay there again!
