아주만족했어요 다음에도 오고싶어요

Sheraton is a great hotel. Very convenient location with a quick access to metro/subway. Clean, spacious and soundproof rooms, wonderful breakfasts, very friendly and accommodating stuff. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to contact them afterwards about the charge - they require deposit of 100 USD per room, and after 2 days after departure it is still charged to my credit card. Also, the swimming pool requires a swim cup, and it is quite cool water, while the hot tub was unbearably hot. So, if you experience these, go to the front desk and tell them. Inconvenience.

Metronun hemen onunde, calisanlar cok ilgili ve nazik, cozum odakli. Cok memnun kaldik.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Oda rahat, temiz ve geniş. Resepsiyon hizmetleri çok iyi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli, kaliteli ve lezzetli. Kahvaltı salonunda ki müzik ile ilgili şikayetimizi anında çözen şef Davut bey gibi çalışanlar bu tür otellerde ki yüksek standartları belirliyor. İstanbula tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercihim olacak.

Odamız güzel ve temizdi, imkanları yeterliydi.

Personeller çok yardimci oldu iyilerdi oda çok temizlidi. Memnun kaldik.

Panaromic odalar panaromic değil tek pencereli, odadaki küvet kirliydi, yan odayla birleşik, sadece kapı ayrımı olan bir odada konakladık.Spada masaj personeli zayıftı. Yemeklerin kalitesi yetersizdi.

Çalışanların ilgisi harika.....imkan ve özelliklerde çok iyi ...kahvaltı çok çeşit ve kaliteli

Kısa bir konaklama süresi içinde kaldım.Genel anlamda beklentimi karşıladı sadece oda sıcaklığı ayarlama konusunda bir takım sıkıntılar yaşadım.Sanki ayarlanan derecenin üstünde bir sıcaklık vardı.Onun dışında hijyen ve rahatlık bakımından son derece tatmin ediciydi.
