Öncelikle rezervasyon işlemleri sırasında bize daha güzel bir konaklama geçirmemiz için club lounge hizmeti ve oda katagorisi değişikliği önerilerini yapan Yekta Beye teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir diğer teşekkürüm ise resepsiyon birimi çalışanlarına eğitimde olduğum sürede otelde eşim ve kızımın rahat vakit geçirmesi adına check out süresini uzatmaları ve odaya yolladıkları güzel ikramları harika bir jest oldu. Acil taksi ihtiyacıma hemen çözüm sağlayan giriş kapısındaki beyefendiye , restaurant çalışanlarına , lounge görevlisi hanımefendiye açıkçası otelinizdeki tüm çalışanlara güler yüzleri , saygılı duruşları , bizi evimizde hissettiren tavırları için teşekkür ediyorum

Very comfortable and great location

Our sray was very pleasant mostly based on the great service and friendly reception by the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Room was good size and kept lean on a daily basis. Location was very good as it was next to a Metro line, making the transportation easy. All sorts of restaurants and shops within a 5 minutes walk. This hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Walkable neighborhood. Light rail train station right across the street. Breakfast was amazing. Good fitness center. Good offerings at the spa.

The food was too expensive and there’s no too much option for food

Very good location for a business travel as vell as for visiting the city.

I always stay here for work in Istanbul. Great location and kind staff, nice rooms and good gym and pool. Also usually quiet so great for work. Thank you

Kaldığımız oda oldukça temiz ve iyi görünüyordu. Malzemeler eskimiş veya yıpranmış değildi. Odada hiçbir eksik yoktu. Resepsiyonu arayıp da talep edelim dediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı. Otelin konumunun merkezi ve toplu ulaşıma çok yakın olması da ayrıca bir kolaylık. Giriş/çıkış işlemlerinde ve restoranda personel hem güler yüzlü hem de saygılıydı.

My name is Onat Negiz. I am a native of Turkey and I was visiting my hometown, Istanbul, between Dec., 26, 2024 and Dec., 29, 2024, staying at Sheraton Istanbul Levent. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. My luggage was a day late and it kept getting delayed throughout the day, the day after I arrived. The staff was so extremely helpful and attentive to that matter. They kept inquiring as to how they could help. They kept me informed and up to date regarding any developments, at all times. They even did their best to make me feel comforted in my time of distress. They were a fantastic team. I would like to especially recognize the following individuals. I sincerely hope they somehow get recognized and rewarded for their phenomenal service. Alper Bey Burhan Bey Cagla Hanim (she welcomed me to the hotel on my arrival and was very pleasant) Rabia Hanim (Concierge) Rasim Bey (Bellboy, if I'm not mistaken, and exceptionally helpful) Safak Bey (he was the Front Desk Manager, I believe) Tugce Hanim Please thank all of them on my behalf.
