Worth the expense for nice rooms, restaurant and great location.

Amazing anniversary stay, the staff were lovely. They upgraded our room and left us a celebratory bottle of wine which was so kind. We’ll definitely be back!

Who is an amazing stay with a wonderful room, fantastic service at Sophie‘s upstairs, a fantastic gym, downstairs, very welcoming and professional staff at check in Emma our server was fantastic!

very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. pool and gym amenities were impressive! Rooms facing the pool/courtyard should be wary that the pool opens early and noise travels! But we slept well.

Very quaint and good service. Room does feel like a small hotel room in New York but I would book again!

First of all the staff were brilliant and have no complaints about them. Also foyer and reception area were very cool. However.... we were in a mod pod room which was very small. It also backed onto the pool which is a jacuzzi and at 6 30am it was turned on and guests were using it from 7am This meant we were woken early with no chance of getting back to sleep. The rooms opposite looked directly into ours which meant no privacy unless we pulled the blind right down and the walls were so thin we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and even heard their vibrate. There are other rooms im the hotelwhich maybe better so avoid the mod pod pool room if possible.

Très bel hôtel avec une décoration atypique mais apaisante. Idéalement situé nous avons pu déguster un très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est un peu petite mais très confortable.

Our 2 night stay at The Dean was amazing. We landed at 5am but our check-in wasn’t until 3pm and the staff were extremely accommodating and were able to get us checked in around 11am (so thankful for that because we were exhausted from our flight). The rooms were spacious for 1-2 people. The decor and ambiance throughout the hotel was great. And it was a plus having Sofie’s on the rooftop with incredible food and views of the city. I wish there was onsite parking but there is a parking lot about 5 min walk from the hotel, so not a major issue if you’re renting a car. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Dean was a great spot to stay. Really convenient to the city parking (which they validate for a cheaper rate), downtown shops/restaurants, and the ferry. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have time to check out the pool or gym, but they looked awesome

A really fantastic experience. The hotel is very modern with some incredible facilities and in a great location just 5 mins from Eyre Square. The gym is as good as a gym I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Then the heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and plunge pools really set the place ahead of most other hotels. Really clean and convenient. The room was very small but had everything needed; a very comfortable bed, great shower and TV. It's quite like a modern hotel room in New York or even Tokyo; small but modern. I'll be massively recommending the hotel to everyone thinking of going to Galway and definitely will be back. Other hotels could learn a lot from the Dean's approach!
