Très joli endroit. Le seul problème est que ce n'est pas un hotel. Du coup, il faut aller chercher une clé.. pas de code reçu. Le téléphone ne marche pas. Heureusement, Pavel a été réactif par email. Autrement ca aurait été une grosse galère.

The flat is in very good condition and an ideal location. Check-in is easy but it is a flat for short term stays, not a hotel or B&B, the advertising is misleading.

This little Hideaway apartment was beautiful. It was more important. We wanted it to be warm and cool when we needed to cool off. It’s fun to walk down the street in the rain to get to the restaurant just around the corner. We really love staying here. It was a wonderful little place.

A horrible experience. We arrived at the location which turned out to be an apartment building that required a fob at 10 am and attempted to reach the property. This was problematic because I am a person with disabilities and mobility issues. The option to message the property was unavailable through the Expedia app and the number to the property Rang several times without an answer. We contacted customer support while standing in the rain and they attempted to call the property several times without success. I received an email from the property from an unknown email address hours later with vague instructions about the check in and out rules. When we were finally able to reach the host he was rude. I tried to get information about options for luggage storage and early check in and when I expressed my concern about not being able to reach the property he told me that was my problem and hung up the phone. When we were finally able to check in around after we met with the housekeeper around 3 pm. The room was decent but tiny. Pictures are a bit misleading. The chandelier that hung over the bed was extremely dusty/dirty as well as the dishes. We received a phone call from Expedia telling us the host could no longer accommodate our stay. We were kicked out of the room without an explanation. I can’t help to wonder if it was because we contacted Expedia to ask for assistance or if because he found out we are black after we met with the housekeeper for the keys.
