It seems that the hotel was recently constructed. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillow. Only thing I felt uncomfortable was that a bath drain was slow

There is no hair dryer in the room. I asked one but the staff said that she could give me one when somebody returned it. After all nobody returned, and I dried my kid's wet hair with towels only. How comfortable system?!.

The staff is wonderful

This was the worst, most scary, stay we have ever experienced at a hotel. The people above us walked, no stomped, around all day and night - other than from 2:00am-5:00am. Not sure what they were doing but it may possibly be criminal activity. We complained the first night and were hopeful for the second night but then the same thing happened. We were scared so packed up and left, and had to eat the cost for the third night. The people live there and we don't know what goes on but stomping around loudly and constantly is no an exaggeration.

One of the staff members at the front desk was incredibly patronising and rude upon arrival and subsequent queries i made to the same member were also met with rude and unnecessary attitude. Clean enough, the a/c smelled a bit weird though.

Good stay comfortable and quiet.

I’m a nurse who works overnight shifts and recently stayed at this extended stay hotel for 6 nights, paying over $1,000, and then extended for 2 more nights. The property was clean and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and professional — which made the experience mostly positive. However, one incident completely changed that. I had informed the front desk that I’d be at work and wouldn’t arrive until late to extend my stay, and I offered to give my card number over the phone, but no one followed up. When I returned late, the front desk was closed, so I went to my room, planning to pay in the morning. Instead, at 8 AM, I was woken up by loud banging. I sleep with earplugs due to my schedule, so it was jarring. A staff member named Heather entered my room, threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay a $150 balance within 30 minutes, and was extremely rude. The confrontation scared my dog, causing him to urinate on the floor. When I came down moments later to pay, she didn’t even look at me or handle the transaction herself — she had someone else do it. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully at a hotel, especially one I paid so much for. Everyone else was great, but Heather’s aggressive and unprofessional behavior completely ruined what could’ve been a good stay. I hope management takes this seriously.

It was really nice and clean. I was really amazed that it had a fridge, microwave and a mini stove. Had everything you needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again and the bed was very comfortable.

The main concern was safety. The elevator was not working even though the desk person said they had attempted to call service repeatedly. Our door did not lock very well. Several rooms slamming their doors 5-6am and housekeeping making a lot of noise early in the morning like 6-7am. No working phone in the room and missing iron. There were homeless people sitting around outside smoking weed. Also, the smell of weed in and around the building. Just very disappointing.

It was an uneventful, yet pleasant stay. No drama is a good way to be when staying in a hotel!

I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was very barren--no kleenex, no coffee machine, no ice machine, no sheet telling about services in the area--just a bed, tv, frig, microwave. Disappointing considering the price.
