Spectacular view over the bay area

Nice place

It's a nice property. Close to many government offices and large companies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I liked the bathroom design. It was spacious and gave many options. The closet was also well-designed. I felt the luxury. The breakfast had plenty of options but mostly Chinese food and very few options for the international guests. The staff didn't speak much English or other languages. It was very hard for me to ask for my choices if they were even available. I liked the lobby. Plenty of seating areas and themes. If Hainan wants international businessmen to come, they better train their staff and redesign their menus.

I got a nice view. They are kind to let me check in earlier.

Great stay at HaiKou Westin. Its near to lots of city flagship attraction by car. Easy to get a taxi from this hotel and its usually a 10min ride. The hotel is by the century bridge and park which makes it a nice place for evening stroll and chillax dinning place are aplenty around. Room is of good size with the amenities as expected of Westin- type hotel.

My 4th stay at Westin Haikou. Most enjoyable time there again. Good convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. Many amenities nearby, especially near the promenade at the river side. Will be back soon. Would be nice if there are some plates & cutlery in the room....used to be available previously. Also, maybe time to do some progressive renovation floor by floor to refresh the rooms.

I was very disappointed because my room very uncomfortably hot and after several complaints they still couldn’t cool off the room.

Service was excellent. Food was good. Location convenient, not far from city center, surrounding is very green & vibrant at night. All good settings for a wonderful holiday in Haikou. Cons was that room sound insulation is not good enough...sound from the neighboring room & from the lift lobby area could be heard & can be disturbing at night. Air-conditioning temperature control was not functioning well.

Everything is ok. But the floor is very damp. And I put up a DND sign and the staff went in anyway and cleaned. Not professional.

Excellent stay. Swimming pool is great, customer service is also very good.

Next to many dining places

Beautiful view from restaurant but don't expect too much on the view of bay view room. Near the places to chill out and you can go there in a short walking distance. Breakfast is okay and really nice to start the day with the wonderful seaview of the restaurant.

Best ocean and city view, perfect location. Feel like walking in Chicago
