When attempting to check in there was no way to get in until a car entering unlocked the gate. I asked for a ground floor room as I have difficulty climbing stairs was just told no. Only undercover parking for 4 cars. No milk for tea and coffee. Holes in the bedspread and in the towels. Bed was on wheels so rolled when you got into bed, I couldn't find any locking mechanism on any wheel. Will never stay there again.
