This hotel was very chic and cool. Very artistic and high-end. The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool were absolutely special. The rooftop infinity pool has a beautiful view of the city. The staff was amazing and would go to any length to ensure that we were having the best stay. Right in the heart of Madrid with access to everything. Perfectly positioned.

We had a wonderful time here, the room was larger than the pictures make it seem and the staff were really friendly. The rooftop pool was also great (just aim to get there by around 10:30 to guarantee you get a bed straight away)

A very trendy, modern, and stylish hotel. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team, who were fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent. The only issue I had was with room service. Every time I called, no one answered the first time, so I always had to call more than once. The location is also a matter of preference. Personally, I don’t love staying in the city center as I find it a bit too busy and chaotic, but that’s just my personal taste. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel! Best Edition I’ve ever stayed.

Very nice hotel

I can’t believe that for 1000$ cad we get a room with any view rather than an interior court with no sight to the sky and no direct lighting. I called many times the guest services to help with an Iphone charger as all the plugs were old school USB where the norm is USBC, and they couldn’t even accommodate. Such a disappointment.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team made it feel less like a stay and more like a carefully curated experience. They arranged reservations at some truly outstanding restaurants, places we would never have discovered on our own, and each recommendation turned out to be unforgettable. It felt like having a dedicated concierge who knew exactly how to elevate every moment. The service throughout was flawless, attentive without ever being intrusive, thoughtful without being over the top. Small details such as perfect timing, personal touches, and sincere kindness made all the difference. By the end of our stay, we did not just feel like guests, we felt genuinely cared for. This anniversary will always stand out as one of our most special, and this hotel played a huge part in that. It is rare to find a place that delivers at this level across every aspect, and rarer still to leave already certain you will return. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

The staff was great. Morning breakfast was wonderful. Allot of different spreads. Only wished that coffee was included with the breakfast. Views and location is also great. Central to many sites. Great for families and also couples. We would return to this property when we are back in MAD>
