The pool was much bigger than it appeared on the website, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and so nice. The two issues I had were that when we checked into the room, it seemed like they didn't freshen up the room before we got in. Things looked and felt a little "dusty" and not fresh. I also tried to book a rum tasting class and was told I needed two people to book. I've never heard of such a thing, and I don't think it's fair because it's 2026, and people solo-travel all of the time. Couldn't I book a $35 USD class solo? Weird and unfair. Otherwise, the food at the resort was amazing, and the drinks were ok too. I am also very happy with where my room was on the resort. I had direct access to the pool from my room and that was the best part of my stay!

The pool is no longer 24hrs, it closes at 10pm and there’s still some construction going on. Even though they have a restaurant across the street, it would be nice if they had a restaurant or two in the same hotel. Regardless the place was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pool very much.

I loved everything about this hotel , customer service was excellent. Place was clean . Happy hour was a plus with a the swim up pool.

property is clean and convienently located. front desk could be more responsive to request but the stay was nice. all pools close at 10pm no onsite food after pool bar closes.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the staff was nice. They have 2 beautiful pools. I recommend that you stay there,

Loved the property and it was plenty of room for our group. We will definitely be back.

The room was just as pictured. Clean premises, beautiful pool. Great drinks, rooftop restaurant was nice and intimate! The only negative I would say is that the pool bar closed very early. At 7PM. You have to go across the street to the rooftop bar or order room service after 7.

Everything what great about my room/stay the only complaint I have is that the washer smelts like onions really bad to the point my clothes were smelling like onions after I had washed them
