Tout s'est bien passé. Chambres super propres et climatisation marche bien. Literie très confortable. Je recommande :)

Le parking public le plus proche est très rudimentaire et pas toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner très insuffisant (quasiment plus rien à partir de 8h, plus de jus de fruit à 7h30 lundi matin), très peu de tables serrées les unes contre les autres. On nous a conseillé d’arriver entre 7h et 7h30 (dimanche compris). Chambre correcte mais impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to city center. The only issue was parking, but it worked out.

Accueil parfait, seul petit point négatif : petit déjeuner est proposé à 23 € ...

Nice modern downtown hotel with excellent service and good customer service

cela fait deja plusieurs fois que je dois m'y rendre pour le travail. je reserve des chambre lit double plusieurs semaines à l'avance pour qu'au final à l'arrivée on m'annonce que j'aurai une chambre avec deux lits simples. La derniere fois j'y suis allée pour la nuit de la saint valentin le lit n'etait pas double mais 2 lits simples et la chambre presentait une odeur vraiment nauséabonde.

Prima mooi hotel voor de prijs kwaliteit. De kamers zijn wel verouderd en de ontbijt is beperkt als je geen vlees mag eten. Eén beetje een Spaanse tint met olijf tomaat komkommer etc zou super zijn!

Nice and confortable hotel room in the heart of the city center ! The bed was super confy and overall the facilities were great. Walkable distance from Place Saint-Lambert and the Christmas markets. 24 hours reception. Parking was a bit pricy, but we managed to find a free parking spot in a street next to the hotel.

Place was nice enough. Staff was pleasant enough, but if at 2:55 PM at least one of our rooms weren’t ready (I reserved 2), it just seemed spiteful considering check in was at 3. If not for that, the rating would be a little better.

Everything was excellent apart from the pillows being no too soft to sleep comfortably.

Property managed thermostats to the rooms without regard to the clients. The customer has no control over the temperature in the room.

Room was comfortable and sparkling clean and I enjoyed a very good night's rest thanks to the black-out curtains. I like the supplementary water bottles in the mini fridge, the handy vending machine on ground level and the close proximity to the city center (you will need to walk uphill for like a minute to get there though). The glass wall only covered half of the shower area and there was no option to close off this area with a cabin or sliding door, so the floor got flooded pretty fast, regardless of whether you use the handheld shower head or the rain shower. A safe and some more in-room information about room service would have been extra nice. Enjoyed my stay overall.
