No coffee maker in the room, no free water, no view, bed really uncomfortable, poor wifi, a/c really noisy, loud music till 1am, safe was locked opened no solution from them, jacuzzi on rooftop so dirty wasn’t possible to use it, no close or safe parking, we won’t go back only good thing was clean and the breakfast was good

Couldn't get past the bathroom smell. May have just been my room but it was a lot. If you're vegan or vegetarian there are no options for you. The breakfast was so-so but that's to be expected given the rate. Check-in staff spoke English which was super helpful. Grateful for that.

The kitchen wasn’t even working, in order for you to get food you’ll need to leave the place to get it if not you’ll die in that place. I do not recommend anybody to stay in this place at all

This is a quaint hotel within walking distance of many nice restaurants in the area. The staff was polite. It was a little hard to find because there is no sign out front. It's a few doors down from the huge restaurant on the corner.

The hallways smell like pee, bed sheets not clean, bathroom tile moldy and no toiletries, thank God I brought mines with me 😬toilet not so clean . The front staff never tells me about the amenities and I found out the last day of my trip that they offered free breakfast so I planned to have a bite to eat but they have no coffe so I asked for but never comes 10minutes later I asked again they brought it out but it was empty 👎

Clean hotel with great people. near public transportation. You can go anywhere on the island from this location. Caribe tours has a hub two blocks away…
