Great hotel, had no idea where to stay in Rome and Trastevere was amazing. Great staff really nice rooms.

Great staff, facility and rooftop dining

Stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and this was our favorite of all the hotels we booked! Our room was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was so plush and comfortable. The rainfall shower was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Trastevere which is such a cool neighborhood and the best spot for dining in Rome. Lots of great restaurants and cute shops within steps from the hotel and we felt safe walking around even late at night. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rome!

Great location if you are interested in major tourist site, plenty of restaurants nearby all walking distance.

Elegant hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Excellent location for walking to all the places I wanted to see. Much quieter than the city center. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised with how nice and convient the hotel was.

The rooftop bar did not have a good service. I waited for half an hour and nobody took my order.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and had a small lift for luggage. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect! Great restaurants nearby and safe area. We loved everything!

Positive: The hotel has many nice features: a huge rooftop terrace, tasty breakfast, great cocktails, elegant atmosphere, bus and train stations right outside, many restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby, about 30 minutes’ walk to the main sights, lively but safe area, and high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the room, no kids ;-) Negative: For a 4-star hotel, we were a bit disappointed. The staff didn’t greet us when we arrived, and cleanliness was not perfect. We had mold in the bathroom, water stains on the ceiling, and some marks on the walls. Also, it would have been nice if the breakfast menu changed. There was a big selection, but it was always the same in the end. Conclusion: For the price, we would choose a different hotel next time. PS: We had the best pasta at Meridionale Restaurant, just 5 minutes away!
