It was like a retreat- beautiful setting in 45 acres -lots of open space. When I opened my door the room smelt fresh and clean. Good sized pool + sauna and steam room - not on all day so check the times. Really friendly, helpful staff

The hotel lays in a quiet place, need to drive probably. We walk to a restaurant near by but was 15 minutes not through the safest widest road. But other than that a very good quality price ratio, gym, indoor pool was very clean and good breakfast.

Beautiful location and grounds Building was large and modern Staff friendly and helpful Room was good with robe and slippers and nice views Bed was too firm for us We ate dinner in the hotel bar. Unfortunately my fish did not smell or taste fresh and I was unable to eat it. The hotel staff took on board my feedback and did not charge me for this. The breakfast was very good Overall a good stay. We would return but eat out evening meal elsewhere.

Clean room, excellent breakfast, kind staff

Overall it was fantastic, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. It was super relaxed, the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool were lovely and we had it to ourselves both times we used it. The grounds are outstanding and on the edge of the forest, do go and explore. There's tea/coffee, snacks and areas to relax.The only fault I had is that I found the bed uncomfortable so I didn't sleep well, but I would still come back.

Absolute treasure. Went for a retreat to get some work done. It could not have been more perfect. Staff super respectful and approachable. Room was spacious, clean and sound proof. Breakfast was excellent....loved the banana and peanut smoothie. what a combo. And after a hard day's work, it was relaxing in the sauna/steam room& jaccuzzi. Planning on bringing a team of people for group bonding sessions.....with the vast green lands and lots of conference rooms and break out open spaces.....it woukd be amazing.

Staff were amazing, very kind and helpful! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained! The pool was the perfect temperature! Well enjoyed our 2 night stay very much! Great little retreat! Thank you to the staff for the brilliant service :)

Excellent venue and accommodation

I stayed the one night here as I was on a course in Horsham. The hotel is set on beautiful green grounds. The room was exceptionally big, clean and airy. The bathroom was clean but it would be better to have better enclosure for the bathtub because the water goes everywhere after a shower. For the type of hotel it is, the hand held wall mounted hairdryer was a bit poor. A stronger powerful one would have been better. As it was the weekend, the evening meal was in the bar area. The menu has excellent vegetarian choices. The service was brilliant. The breakfast option was massive, fully cooked, continental, fruit, yoghurt and various juices. Again the staff at breakfast were pleasant and friendly and helped cater to my needs. The spa facilities, whilst small were good to have. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will def come back should I be in the area or just need a weekend away.

Breakfast was really good, great selection and tasted fresh, eggs cooked to order. Nice environment. There was two small issues, I have mobility issues and it takes me longer to get to the door, at 9am Saturday morning the housekeeper knocked then walked into the room. And the other small issue was the lift, we were in the first floor and the lift was faulty and only worked if you were calling it from the ground floor. Luckily my husband is agile and could go downstairs and call the lift up for me. Food at the bar was also very nice and the staff are friendly and welcoming
