They didn't clean the room for 3days even though i asked

지하철역에서 가깝고, 주방이 있어 식사를 해 먹을 수 있으며, 피트니스센터가 잘 관리되어 있으나, 도심이라 조금 복잡하고 소음이 있습니다.

일단 화장실 문이 완전히 닫히는 게 아니라 미닫이라 틈이 있습니다. 소리와 냄새가 차단되지 못합니다... 거기에 1층 로비에는 화장실이 없어서 아직 화장실 트지 않은 커플들은 민망할 수 있습니다.

nice location. it has an easy access to the subway station and tourist attractions. staffs are nice and my room was cozy. some people said a room size was so small but not bad for one person.

Basic mid town hotel; standard breakfast but can have long line ups; narrow hallways; four elevator for 46 floors doesn’t work well during peak hours; clean; friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast. Just a few minutes from Penn Station and Times Square. Comfortable bed. The room has everything you need!

Ashley the day shift receptionist during our staff is super awesome! Very helpful and considerate and really tried to make things happen for us esp we arrived from a red eye flight and was so early to check in! It was family trip with 3 rooms booked and was hard to out everybody in the same floor but her attitude and friendly face makes up for the craziness of being in NYC! She deserves a raise!!!

Walking distance to subway station, convenience store, restaurants, retailers. Helpful front desk staff. Nice breakfast selection. Room was compact and organized well with kitchenette comprised of microwave, mini fridge, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Room could use some more lighting. I would stay here again.

Overall, we had a good stay at Towneplace Suites. I’m not sure if this is more of an Expedia thing, but it was not easy to tell if the room had a full kitchen. When I called the hotel, they said some did and some didn’t. Rooms were small but clean. Typical for NYC, but I didn’t have a place to open my suitcase (closet barely the width of a suitcase). The free breakfast was a huge plus, and I loved all the options. The AC was noisy, which did wake me up at night. During later breakfast hours, elevators are impossible to get. Had to lug our suitcases down several flights of stairs to make sure we didn’t miss our ride. Other than that, location was great and staff was always helpful and nice.

The room was sufficient for me; it was a smaller version of 17 square meters. My room was on the 14th floor. There were a few minimal things missing in the room, such as paper slippers or other small items one might need. There was also no bottle of water in the mini fridge. Downstairs at the breakfast area, there were both coffee and water dispensers available, and they could be used freely. The breakfast itself was simple and consisted of the same items every day, but it wasn’t bad overall. The breakfast area was a bit small and inadequate for a busy hotel — you sometimes had to wait in line to find a table. There were 4 elevators, but sometimes you might have to wait up to 15 minutes to catch one. In terms of location, it was very close to the subway — just a 1-minute walk to the 28th Street station on line 1. It was also within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Overall, my 10-night stay was pleasant. I would consider choosing this hotel again.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen lomamatkalle. Kadun kukkamarkkinat ovat uniikki lisä hotellin ympäristöön. Saimme invahuoneet, joten keittiö ja kylpyhuone olivat tilavia, mutta matkatavaroille ei ollut tilaa, eikä huoneessa ollut tuoleja tai ripustuskoukkuja. Sänky ja tyyny ovat yhdet parhaimmista, joissa olen nukkunut. Hotellin aamiainen on perusamerikkalainen. Tuoreita hedelmiä ja sokerittomia ruokia saa onneksi lähikatujen kaupoista. Tämän hintatason hotellissa kertakäyttöisten ruokailuvälineiden käyttö on todella outoa. Hissit on alimitoitettu, kuten monessa muussakin Manhattanin hotellissa.

The room was good (small but with all necessary in it). Breakfast was great. And the employees were kind. The location is great you can walk to the most important places.

We stayed on the second floor to have the benefit of an outdoor balcony. It was noisy and the in room air conditioning, essential during a really hot couple of days was very noisy too. When asked to be moved, this was not possible.

The room was small, but that's expected in NYC. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and we were fully stocked with amenities. The hot stuff in the free breakfast was cold, but their bagels were delicious. It was also a free breakfast buffet and we went at a very busy time. My friend left her charger behind and they actually emailed us offering to mail it back!

stayed here for the weekend and fell in love with the attention to detail the staff provided..rooms were cleaned everyday and breakfast was good
