전체 평가 및 리뷰 Vinha Boutique Hotel - The Leading Hotels of the World

평점들이 다 10 점이길래 처음엔 업체에서 올린 광고 평점들인가 의심했습니다. 하지만 숙박하는 2 일간 모든 직원들이 하나 같이 보여준 친절함과 , 깨끗하고 격조 있는 시설들에 저도 모든 면에서 10 점을 남깁니다. 여러 유럽을 다녀봤고 언제나 제일 좋은 호텔들을 골라왔습니다만 가격 대비 이렇게 훌륭한 호텔은 처음인 것 같아, 난생 처음 후기를 남깁니다.

What an amazing place! The hotel were in contact before arrival to let us know about the event they were putting on which was a nice touch. On arrival we were made to feel welcome by the team, the room, facilities, food are all first class. The service on the bar from Gabriella and Igors was another level, attentive, knowledgable and hard working they both made the visit extra special! The food and service in the restaurant was some of the best we’ve ever had. What a place, what a team! Only problem we have is… all other hotels we visit will be judged against this hotel i is THE standard for first class!

The hotel is amazing, it was one of the best experiences in our life, very comfortable and quiet room with fantastic views, perfect service and great staff. The spa is fabulous and possible to go there with kids from 6 years old. Breakfast was tasty, and Vinha restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The hotel also has a nice garden and transfer to the city centre, which was so convenient. We will definitely visit this place again.

Bathroom lighting was excellent. Mattress was the best (I may try to buy one). Staff was super friendly. Great to be 15 minutes from the hustle bustle of Porto.

This is a beautiful hotel, with charming, attentive staff. The room ( river facing with balcony)was very clean, extremely comfortable beds with a turn down service in the evening. The bathroom was large, great shower and Jo Malone toiletries. Service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent, every time. It's about a 40 minute walk into Porto which is pleasant on a sunny day and mainly flat. The hotel provides a free taxi boat service to Porto which is a lovely way to travel into town. The Spa is very nice and although a little expensive ,the treatments were given by very experienced therapists and were worth the cost. My only small criticism is the Europop style music broadcast in the afternoons through the evening to the outside pool /sitting area. We found it a little loud and irritating especially as nobody was sitting outside. We preferred the quiet and natural sound of the birds and river. ,

Amazing hotel .

Hotel 5* sentimos desde o início muita rigidez por parte de todo o staff com a exceção do restaurante. Tudo demasiado formal com muitas regras. No spa tínhamos de marcar hora eu fui fazer uma massagem de 90 minutos a minha esposa só foi depois porque só podíamos estar no máximo 90 minutos faz algum sentido principalmente com um hotel vazio?! Agora imaginem que quero ir de manhã e depois já tarde estou num hotel spa para relaxar não me parece que tenha o mínimo de sentido

Adorei a experiência!! Staff muito prestativo e simpático, comida no restaurante Terroir e bar incrível, espaço exterior e interior maravilhoso!! Sem dúvida alguma voltarei a repetir esta experiência!

Highly recommend Vinha Boutique Hotel. What a fabulous experience! It's a beautiful property with an extremely helpful staff. The restaurants are delicious with impeccable service. Had we known what a wonderful place this was we would have stayed more than 1 night. We definitely plan to visit again!

Most comfortable bed ever! The amenities were from Jo Loves. The food was wonderful (dinner and breakfast)! It was a pleasant surprise throughout our short stay. I wish I had more time. Would surely go back!

Então, o hotel é lindo e tem uma vista belíssima para o Rio Douro, tem um pátio e jardim super bonito, café da manhã excelente, vistas para fotos lindíssimas, o hotel é novo porém tivemos problemas com ar-condicionado do quarto, fato esse que tive vários aborrecimentos, primeiramente no dia 1 o ar não esfriava, após reclamação feita quando saímos para jantar o ar voltou a funcionar mas apenas por aquela noite, no dia seguinte saímos pela manhã e ao retornar o ar já não esfriava, indagamos a recepcionista e a mesma disse que iria lá, pasmem a mesma chegou ao quarto e disse "para mim a temperatura está agradável", ora, pra ela né, sendo assim na noite 2 dormimos com praticamente sem AR, logo no cafe da manhã fui abordado por uma diretora técnica que informou que aquele andar passava por um problema técnico e sugeriu para mudarmos para outro andar e assim fizemos, logo o ar funcionava normalmente e ai sim tivemos uma noite de sono. Pontos positivos também foram os amenites da JO Malone, no segundo quarto o mesmo era maior e tinha uma cama mais confortável. Mesmo assim recomendo bastante o hotel e por favor ajeitem o ar condicionado e treinem os funcionários para tratarem com hóspedes quando os mesmos apresentarm problemas em sua hospedagem.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Amazon staff. The only thing is if you are traveling with small kids you won’t be able to use the indoor pool or the Vinha restaurant.
