Parking is a problem at this hotel, and they charge $29 per night if there is an available space, which are limited. They also turn off the TV and radio at 1 AM. I like to listen to music, which helps me sleep, so I was not happy.

They gave the wrong type of room. I was requesting a twin room. Only after I checked in my room and reported to the reception, the staff said they have upgraded me to a family room (two more beds with cupboard). And they do not have extra rooms so they cannot downgrade me! I am travelling my own and I do not need extra beds but a simple table and a chair. The hotel room is way more too old than the photos provided. As a 4-star hotel, it does not offer slippers, teeth brush, and paste, but kindly selling the teeth brush in their vendor machine. The sinks of the toilet and bathroom are smelly. Maybe simply old. Unpleasant stay!

Kemana-mana dekat. Ke turis area, pusat perbelanjaan hanya dengan berjalan kaki saja. Kamar family cukup untuk 4 orang sesuai dengan keterangan dan yang di foto, juga bersih. Hanya karpet perlu diganti, dan staff hotel tidak 24 jam. Jika berlibur lagi bersama keluarga akan kembali ke hotel ini.

Just okay, nothing much, didn't try the breakfast, room was OK, budget hotel, close to amenities.
