O hotel e bastante bom, nao tenho que reclamar. Porém deixo registrado que o cafe da manhã as 7.30 e realmente bastante tarde.

Great hotel with a great location and one of the best views to Douro River and Porto.

This is a very beautiful hotel. This is my second time coming to this property. If you get a high floor corner room the views are exquisite.

This was a very nice hotel on the banks of the Douro river, excellent restaurant with delicious Portuguese wines. My only complaint is that the restaurant doesn't open until 07:30 for breakfast so I was offer a reception breakfast which truly terrible. Plastic long life white bread, processed ham and cheese and sugary snack, and terrible coffee. Shame as that's what I remember but otherwise was excellent.

Staff do período da tarde extremamente solícito e educado. Os funcionários que ajudam com as bagagens são excelentes. Vista do quarto sensacional para o rio Douro. Tamanho pequeno porém suficiente. Somos um casal com 1 filha de 2 anos. Quanto à localização, não é muito central (fica em Gondomar) e nem tão longe, mas não dá pra ir a pé para os lugares, então Uber é fundamental. Se tiver compromisso no centro, saia com antecedência, pois cheguei a pegar um trânsito chato muitas vezes. Sugestões em relação ao café da manhã (pequeno almoço): - trocar sucos industrializados por naturais; - adicionar máquina de café, pois cheguei a tomar café frio; - melhorar a panificação, que não achei tão fresca, com exceção do croissant. - variar os ítens, pois cheguei a enjoar das mesmas coisas e até deixei de aproveitar o café da manhã em um dos dias. Sobre o menu do restaurante, tanto para o almoço quanto para o jantar, achei muito fraco [poucas opções] para um hotel 5 estrelas. Provei uma única vez e preferi pedir delivery nos outros dias. Preço alto para o que oferece. Em relação ao banheiro do quarto: - trocar com urgência a torneira, que é muito baixa e tem fluxo de água terrível; - trocar a pia / bancada, que é muito pequena.

The view of the river was amazing. It was also nice being next to the boardwalk and out of the main city center. Very relaxing location.
