This was my first time in Barcelona, and I was so impressed with the service! The staff truly went above and beyond, and the location was perfect—close to attractions, shopping, and dining. When we realized the suite we booked didn’t have the bathtub shown in the reservation, Iria at reception quickly found a solution and upgraded us to one of their beautiful main suites. Marlo and Martin, two of the doormen, were also always attentive and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I’m a seasoned traveller who expects the best. This hotel is absolutely one of the best hotels I have experienced.

We are on a tour with electric car and two dogs. And this place had it all. Super friendly staff, lovely atmosphere from lobby to rooms and rooftop bar. A clean and easy acces garage with charger's and staff to help out how to pay for charging. Nice to know that the next day you start with a charged car and know that chasing a charger is the first you have to do. Pet friendly. Nice big beds in a comfortable room. The roof top bar offers both a pool and a view of Sagrada de familia. Loved this place and want to come back. And yes they had a really good breakfast.

Tudo quase perfeito , o único inconveniente para mim foi a cortina do hotel que não vedava 100% a Claridade e as 07h30 já ficava com o quarto claro ! Se colocarem uma cortina para vedar toda janela vai ficar o melhor apartamento para dormir e descansar nas férias

If I could give a score of 100/10 I would. From the moment we arrived by taxi, we were welcomed. The front desk check in staff were so welcoming and nice. Not just to us, but to our friends who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff were amazing and so accommodating. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs! Loved our stay and would stay there again!

Everything was very nice.

The best of the best. Ideal location, friendly and smart staff, comfortable bedding, nice decor. Immaculate and you are elegantly greeted with refreshments from the moment you arrive. It was perfect.
