전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

It must be pretty much perfect. Since the hotel is in the downtown, shops, supermarkets, public transportation etc. are very near and away from 2 - 3 minutes walk.

4인가족 여행에 만족스러운 숙소입니다. 다만, 셀프 주차는 다른 건물에 해야하는 점이 좀 불편합니다. 하지만 주차 공간이 넉넉하고, 안전한 점이 마음에 듭니다. NBA 경기장에서 가까워서 안전하게 걸어서 다녀왔습니다.

breakfast. Also, they didn't have any irons for me to use the 4 or 5 days i was there. My room was only cleaned once.

It was the perfect Hotel. Dark rooms . Comfortable bed! Staff always available. 3 fast elevators! Shower water pressure was very strong! 15 min walk to Chase Field

Do not bother paying extra to reserve the city view as you’ll end up with a view of a solid building and be told that’s your city view. I guess that’s true.

From calling ahead, to arriving, checking in, during our stay and checking out… everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in downtown and so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We drove in from Las Vegas for a MLB game at Chase Field. The hotel is not that far and if it was cooler, we would have walked but we took a Lyft and walked back after the game. The only downfall was that the food venues were closed or close to closing after the game. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay! Oh! The bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent! I slept so good during my stay! Wish I could find those pillows, that’s how comfy they were!

I thought the room was just average for the $350 a night price I have had way better rooms ant a much lower price point guess you are just paying for the name

I liked the location of the property. The bar area was also nice and drinks were refeshing. I tried the mocktails and cocktails both really good. I did not like the pillows. They were to soft and my head sank into them. An option for firmer pillows would be awesome.

Great place to stay

There isnt any parking we had to park about 1/2 mile away. Valet parking was full

Property location is nice.... but when we tried the local dining location on the hotel.....it was subpar....55 minute wait until we good or food.... or ice machine was broken on our floor.... the room itself was set up for a business man...... not ideal for family...... or couples......

Great location in the downtown area, we only stayed one night to watch WNBA. Great breakfast and staff.

The place is ok. Nothing fancy. The breakfast is $11 per person and it honestly should be free because it’s mediocre.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Only complaint was the construction, felt like that should have been communicated for parking, etc.
